This large apartment, very bright and comfortable, in the heart of the historic center of the island of Ortigia, a few steps from the Temple of Apollo, can comfortably accommodate families or families of four. Equipped with every comfort, it has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large living room with sofas and armchairs and an equipped kitchen. All rooms are air conditioned and covered by WiFi. The apartment is located inside the Ztl and does not offer parking service, the guest before going to the apartment for check in, can park at the Talete Car Park, following the appropriate signs that lead to the parking lot without entering the Ztl area. Guests are informed that the leased property is not an accommodation facility, so services to the hotel person are excluded by law (reception, accommodation surveillance, provision of meals and drinks, cleaning and linen changes, transfer). For this reason, ancillary services will be provided in collaboration with qualified external partners and are considered as extras.
The apartments are managed by an agency that requires the conclusion of a rental agreement, pursuant to articles 1571 and following of the Civil Code, with regular registration of the documents necessary for the issuance of the invoice. The requested documents are used exclusively to comply with fiscal and public security obligations, as required by current Italian legislation. .
