The balconies with the view is amazing. It is centrally located to everything and the island is walkable. There is no reason to rent a car. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

Timely meeting at property, very clean, good communication prior & during stay, one occupant left package at property & management worked with person to retrieve package. Would stay with property again.

Amazing newly refurbished apartment with nice sea view. Very spacious and comfortable. Located in the heart of Ortiglia, walking distance to every thing. I would not hesitate to return next time we visit Siracusa

Excellent location

This property is well represented by the photos. The location is terrific and it’s very easy to walk around Ortigia. Very modern and nice. The only issues we had were with lack of hot water at most times and no washing machine. Otherwise all was perfect and beautiful. We would definitely rent here again. Communication with the host was very prompt and accurate. Thanks so much!

Three large bedrooms near the center of town. Parking nearby and convenient. Management didn’t mention we needed to register the car with the local police. Air conditioning in primary bedroom was not working properly.

Bright, spacious & perfect!

This apartment is located in the 4th floor of an apartment building with an elevator. The building is in a great location and within a 2 minute walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach! The space is very large, bright with natural lighting, nice modern furnishings. Two large bathrooms, a living room, fully equipped kitchen and great hallway. Almost every room has a balcony that faces a beautiful piazza with a church and at least 4 restaurants! The area is very quiet at night. If you need parking, make a reservation in advance with the host. There is no washing machine but every room has A/C. Towels, Hand soap and shower gel were provided. There is a great little restaurant downstairs that offers full breakfast (eggs, meats, pastries, coffee and pancakes!).

Excelente propiedad

Nos encantó el departamento. Muy cómodo, amplio y bien ubicado. Las camas cómodas, los aires acondicionados perfectos. Lo que sí es que jamás s eligió prender la estufa, no era una estufa especial pero parecía estar desconectada. No pudimos cocinar. A uni de los baños se le sale toda el agua de la regadera.

Very friendly town, very walkable…the apartment was within easy walking distance of all coemrnera of the old city…very much appreciated the hosts help getting into the property (Niko)…and especially the elevator!

Amazing location with views!

Bright, airy, spacious with views of sunrise and sunsets over the piazza, we loved this location not more than 50-100 m from lovely restaurants and easily walkable to the other side of the island from this position. We occasionally, in the morning, could watch the cruise ships entering the harbor going up the channel. The 3 balconies with views were a lovely touch. The furnishings throughout were very comfortable and the entire apartment is and had an extremely spacious feel with tasteful decorations. We loved our stay at this fabulous apartment in Ortegia! A jewel in the crown that is Sicily!
