The new and carefully furnished apartment is located on the first floor of a family house in the tourist area of Umag–Punta, a favorite destination among visitors due to its variety of beaches. The location is quiet, sunny, surrounded by greenery, yet still central; the beach and seaside facilities can easily be reached on foot within a few minutes. The 49 m² accommodation is ideal for couples or small families and offers everything needed for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday.
The apartment is comfortable and has a private entrance from the corridor shared with the host's apartment. At the apartment entrance, the hallway is equipped with a shoe cabinet, a large mirror, and air conditioning. The apartment offers one bedroom with two joined single beds (2x80x200 cm), bed linen provided, two bedside tables with night lamps, a chair, and a wardrobe. A spacious full bathroom is available, equipped with a bathtub with a shower screen, washbasin with cabinet and mirror, bidet, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, and bath towels; two towels per person are provided. The living area consists of a kitchen equipped with a ceramic glass electric cooktop with 4 burners, refrigerator, extractor hood, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, moka pot, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The living room corner features a sofa bed suitable for two children or one adult. A flat-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi internet access are available.

The Punta area where the apartment is located is the most beloved and well-known part of Umag, visited by tourists since Roman times. The main attraction of the area is the variety of beaches (sandy, rocky, concrete, gravel, pebble, and stone-paved beaches), all surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in evergreen shrubs, pine trees, and cypresses close to the shoreline. The neighborhood consists of family houses with large fenced gardens full of flowers and plants. The area offers a wide range of leisure opportunities, water sports, bars, restaurants, an adventure park, and tennis facilities.
The nearest sandy beach, Villa Rita Beach, is 500 m away, the gas station is 250 m away, the nearest bar and restaurant are 400 m away, and the grocery store is 800 m away. Just 400 m away, there is a tourist train station where the train departs from the Katoro tourist resort and travels along the coast to the center of Umag and back. The center of Umag can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes or by tourist train. A car is recommended but not necessary.
The center of Umag is 1.5 km from the house. In the center of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, aquarium, and cathedral. A walk along the famous Umag Breakwater is highly recommended, as well as exploring the narrow and charming streets of Umag's old town, visiting the newly renovated square adorned with a fountain, shopping in the town center, or enjoying the waterfront market stalls and children's playground.
For larger grocery shopping, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the larger and more affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
There are many leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, riding centers, water sports facilities where you can enjoy water skiing, diving, and boat rentals, the Jangalooz adventure park and mini-golf course near the Sol Stella Maris tourist resort, nightclubs, casinos, and various boat and bus excursions.
The area is rich in renowned restaurants, traditional eateries, pizzerias, fast-food restaurants, and bars. Those wishing to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.
For days when the beach is not an option or for evening outings, we recommend unforgettable excursions into the inland region. The picturesque artists' village of Grožnjan features a beautiful terrace offering magnificent views over the Mirna River Valley. Motovun is a typical medieval hilltop town known for its film festival, held annually at the end of July. Livade is famous for the white truffle found in the nearby forests. Astronomy enthusiasts who wish to admire the sky and stars can visit the Višnjan Astronomical Centre, located 30 km from Umag, by appointment. Cave lovers should visit the wonderful Baredine Cave, only 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, located just 60 km away. The coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also worth exploring, as well as Brijuni National Park, which can be visited through organized excursions.
Various "Fish Picnic" boat trips are organized, featuring fish or meat lunches while offering the opportunity to visit Rovinj, Poreč, or Novigrad. Many tourists are also interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For children's enjoyment, visit the Istralandia Water Park, located 20 km from Umag, and the Dino Park theme park in Funtana, where fun is guaranteed for visitors of all ages. Food lovers can enjoy various tastings of excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, traditional Istrian prosciutto, and much more.

-to report any damage caused to the owner; after assessment, compensation for damages must be paid in cash before departure,
