Villa Agapi Stone built Cretan style property

Hi! I am Stela! I was born and raised in Rethymnon, a small city on the northern part of the island of Crete. Villa Agapi was not meant to be a property for hiring as it was a family house for many years. So the whole atmosphere, equipment, amenities and aesthetics in general are filled from our personal view and intention for a well being. We are now ready to offer it to whoever is interested in nature! I personally live in Athens but I visit Rethymnon in a permanent basis. I am a nutritionist and I have a daughter. Villa Agapi was built in 2003 as a permanent family residence. It's an 8 acre property which includes more than 40 different types of trees, seasonal vegetables, sometimes chickens, which provide freshness to us, our friends and of course our guests! The villa is stone built exclusively, and it's covered by wooden roof. The interior decoration is based on old type furniture and antiquities , which match perfectly with the architecture. There is an outdoor swimming pool 11m long surrounded by trees and bushes. Closest property lies in 500m distance and Loutra village is in 700m distance. You can find a pharmacy, a local market, butcher's shop and local doctor in 1.5km distance in Pigi village and a bakery shop is in Loutra village , 800m distance from the property. Northern beaches are within 2,5km and the perfect southern ones in approximately 40km, 45min drive.
