With plenty of space for the whole family to unfurl in, here is a home where loved ones can set themselves free. A striking structure on Psarou, close to Zakynthos town, this self-catering hideaway, is a nod to the modern Zakynthian summerhouse. With an outdoor private 35sqm infinity pool, this is a spectacular 140m2 villa, that can host up to 8 guests to unwind overlooking the ocean deep blue. The villa is part of a Zante Zen Luxury Villas complex (the first in line), where three more villa are located on the back of this villa, each with seclusion and privacy in mind.

External Living | Pool & BBQ
This captivating home is embellished with a private heated (with extra fee) 35m2 private infinity swimming pool, featuring a three seater spa whirlpool, lounge area and sea front outdoor dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) under sunset skies. The property lays in 250sqm outdoor area with spectacular sea views to the entire Psarou prefecture. An ideal sea front holiday escape for those who seek ultimate privacy and summery living. The villa is part of a Zante Zen Luxury Villas complex, where three more villa are located, each with seclusion and privacy in mind.

Two SUP boards are available to rent upon request and subject to availability, at an additional cost of 20 euros per day.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious villa spreads through two floors, making it an ideal escape for a large family or a group of friends. Lounge at the impeccable ground floor living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon at the 43’ Smart TV on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, with access to the pool area and to an iconic sea view dinning spot. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms, two with en-suite bathroom on the first floor and one with shared bathroom at the ground floor allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds, and two more guests (preferably children ) can sleep in the two sofa beds (0.80x2.00) featured at living room area.

Bonus : Only a few minutes walking distance from the villa you will find Psarou Port where you can take a boat and explore the hidden gems of the island by sea. Also there is a rocky beach directly in front of the villa, where you can enjoy a morning swim. The villa is part of Zante Zen Luxury Villas, where four luxury villas are located. It is the 1st Villa in Line.

There is secure parking space outside the Villa’s premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Filter coffee machine, Nespresso Machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, and a fully equipped kitchen.
