If there was any specific issue during the stay, it should have been reported to us at the time so that our team could check it and act as quickly as possible. If you have photographic or video evidence, you may send it through the official booking channel so it can be reviewed properly. Walking into the villa literally put the biggest smile on all our faces . The photos are exactly what you get . The villa is simply stunning . It felt like home straight away . We hired a car so being out of the town was wonderful for peace & quiet . Cristina at the Agency was so helpful , sending any info we needed & greeting us when we arrived. I honestly can’t recommend this villa enough . We all had the happiest week and wouldn’t hesitate to book again should we be staying in the area . Thank you so much for making our holiday so special.
