Great

This is a large property which we used for a family get together for 4 nights. Everyone was happy with the size of the whole facility, the rooms, the cleanliness on arrival and the location at a reasonable walking distance from York City Centre.

Great but a little expensive

Could have been cleaner and cheaper for what you get, but the facilities and the size, number of bathrooms and location make up for this.

We booked for my sisters bridal shower and the house suited the occasion perfectly. Beautifully presented and plenty of space. Plus the proximity to York town centre is ideal.

A fabulous location and perfect house!

Wow - what a great house. We were a group of 12, who did not all know each other, so this house suited us brilliantly. House is bigger than it looks and rooms spacious and clean. Beds very comfy. Great facilities and kitchen well equipped. The kitchen / diner at the top of the house meant people could come and go without disturbing others. Would highly recommend and would book again with no hesitation!
