Experience the magic of the Amalfi Coast at Sweet Home, a beautifully restored house nestled in the peaceful hills of Praiano. Located in the scenic San Luca district, this lovely property blends traditional charm—complete with vaulted ceilings—with the comfort of a true Mediterranean retreat.

Ideal for a relaxing getaway, Sweet Home features a private terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding nature. During the warmer months, unwind outdoors with a book in the sun, enjoy dinners under the stars, refresh under the outdoor shower, or soak in the open-air hot tub (please note: the tub is not heated and is only available from May 15 to September 20).



The home is spread over two levels and includes:

- Two bright and comfortable double bedrooms (one with direct access to the terrace)

- A single bed in a hallway nook, suitable for a fifth guest (please note: limited privacy)

- Two full bathrooms – one with a shower, one with a bathtub

- A fully equipped kitchen with gas stove (5 burners), electric oven, and dishwasher

- A cozy living room with sofas, armchairs, TV, and direct access to the terrace

- A small upstairs balcony with beautiful sea views

Perfect Location to Explore Praiano and Beyond

Sweet Home is just a few steps from Antico Seggio Square, where you can park your car (daily fee applies) and catch the local bus to Marina di Praia beach (only 2 km away), or travel easily to nearby gems like Positano and Amalfi.

Within a short walk (100–800 meters), you\'ll find everything you need: a well-stocked grocery store with fresh meat, local bars, family-run restaurants, and charming pizzerias with stunning views. The center of Vettica Maggiore is about 800 meters away, where you’ll also find the main bus stop to Amalfi.

Sweet home Praiano

lovely town, great VRBO.. only improvements I would suggest are paper towels in kitchen...or towels and sponges in kitchen. Beach towels were very worn with holes. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Views

Really pretty views of the water and cliffs from the patio. The apartment is well-furnished and very clean. There is only one negative: the 75 steps down from the path down to the front door require some effort. There are porter services available in Praiano if needed. Overall it is a beautiful town and this property is delightful. Also be aware of the congested vehicle traffic issues in the Amalfi coast area.

I would absolutely recommend Sweet Home, Praiano!

Words can't describe how much we loved Sweet Home! The villa itself was gorgeous! Inside, it was clean and bright, with a cute kitchen/pantry well-stocked with necessities, rooms well-furnished with beds for everyone, a cozy sitting room and large living room. And extras, like the vaulted ceilings, the staircase, the arched doorframes, the tile floors, the shuttered windows...all beautiful! Outside on the terrace where the view of the sea and the homes perched on the side of the cliffs was amazing! Many hours were spent there enjoying the sun and cooling off under the much-appreciated outdoor shower. The quaintness of being so close to where the locals meet in Piazza San Luca at the end of the day, and the ringing of the church bells to let you know the time, made our experience touching and intimate. Staying in the village of Praiano is highly recommended. It's tucked away from the busy-ness of Amalfi and Positano but convenient to everything you need...groceries, restaurants, and transportation The best thing about the experience was the helpfullness of our host, Domenico. He answered all of our questions, arranged tours and transportation, and was thorough explaining all the details to us to make our stay at Sweet Home the best decision we made! Grazie mille, Domenico!
