Great place to stay!

Great place to stay for our family. We had lots of room and thought it was really nice. The only thing I would say negatively is the couches in the living room seem worn out but everything else seemed really nice, clean and had a great time. Would book there again.

Annual golf trip

Great location for our needs. Overall, unit was nice, only a few minor negatives: burned out lights in kitchen area, filthy coffee maker with mold, could not get any of the TV’s to work. Otherwise, we would stay here again.

Perfect for gross

There were about 12 of us and everybody had a wonderful time! This place is spacious and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The kitchen table was big, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Can't recommend it enough!

Perfect stay for a big family

This condo was amazing for our family of ten. There were plenty of beds and a great common space that we could all hang out in. The only complaint that I have is the king bed in the room closest to the pool was terrible and saggy and felt very old. If they replaced that mattress, this place would be perfect.

Nice condo in St. George

Easy check in and check out!! Huge kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It would be nice to have a Kuerig single coffee maker. The TV controls we found hard to work so therefore we couldn’t watch TV. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Wished we had longer as we would have liked to use the balcony with the BBQ. We would definitely stay again, in fact we would consider buying one of these condos!

Coming Back

We absolutely loved everything about it. Our first impressions was pure happiness and satisfaction of the cleanliness and space that allowed us to move around and enjoy our stay. We had all the items that we needed while being away from home and we felt comfortable and right at home during our stay. We love having our own bathrooms with each room and the commons area was large and great for movies and games. We loved it so much that we are planning our Christmas break in St. George and we want to stay in this exact condo!! Thanks again Gary for being so easy to contact and for making our vacation the best that it could be!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an absolutely gorgeous 3 bedroom Condo! All the amenities are new and the condo was exceptionally clean. The pool was also very popular with the family, but also very crowded and may be too small as the condos are expanded. A couple of things that could be improved, the kitchen needs more items to cook, drink coffee or beer/wine glasses. Also we could hear the family above us move back and forth like they were in our room.

Loved everything about it

I can't say enough about how fabulous this condo was! It was clean, spacious, open floor plan which allowed us to hang out in one big area and watch movies and play games. We had 8 people and had plenty of room. The bedrooms were comfortable and each of them had a bathroom attached which made it convenient for everyone to get ready and clean up. The pool was awesome and close to the condo. We could actually see the pool from the condo which was helpful when half of our group was swimming and the other half was inside. The condo had everything you would need to cook and eat there, clean up was easy with the dishwasher, washer and dryer. I highly recommend this condo and we are planning our Christmas vacation in this exact condo. We were extremely happy with everything!!

Total Pleasure

The condo fit all our needs. Easy to get to and very adequate parking. Nice and clean when we got there and check out instructions were clear and easy. Now a couple negatives that didn't take away the pleasure of staying but would have made it even nicer. One of the dining room chairs has a right front leg that wobbles and needs to be fixed (we left a not on the chair).. There were instructions on how to get Direct TV but there was no remote or box so it appeared that Direct TV had been discontinued. Not a big problem but we couldn't watch network channels and one of us really missed watching the MLB playoff games. Could have used a few more wash cloths, we each had one to use for the whole week stay. Those are little things and will not stop us from trying to rent the place again next year. Dave Norby

Good condo with limited equipment and ADA bathroom

I get around in a manual wheelchair, so this place was ideal. The location is great. Furniture, bedding, appliances all well maintained. The pool at the property is excellent and has lift to help me get into the pool and the hot tub. However, a couple things you need to know: * The bathroom is the only thing that is wheelchair friendly in the unit. The pantry door is 18" wide, the kitchen is regular although the counters are lower than standard. But no roll-under sink in the kitchen. Plates, bowls, glasses all in upper cabinets out of reach. The beds are all very tall making the transfer very difficult. * The kitchen equipment is very sparse. Plan on bringing what you need. Few pots, skillets, cooking equipment. No toaster. Two knives. No can opener. You get the idea. * No pool towels were provided. Most of the other units provide towels for the bathrooms and the pool.

Just Right

This property was just right for our family. 5 children, ages 20-11, loved the easy access to the pool. We also appreciated having 3 bathrooms and ample bed space. We did have a hard time with the front door lock upon our arrival, and we’re not able to get ahold of anyone to help us. We were finally able to get in, and didn’t have any other problems with it

Perfect stay for a large group

This year we stayed in a 3 bed 3 bath unit that was perfect for the two families. We all had our own bath and plenty of space to spread out for the kids. The pool was perfect and the tennis/pickle ball courts and playground were an added plus. We were able to enjoy the ability to cook our own meals. This is the perfect way to spend a soccer weekend!
