This Las Palmas Condo is a ground-level that will invite travelers to rest from their troubles. Poolside access right out the door on the patio.

Our condo is right across from one of the favorite outdoor swimming pool at the resort - making it a great place to enjoy with the grass area and a playground. Fun is literally awaiting you outside your door. If you have a family that LOVES to swim - look no farther, this is it! The fully stocked kitchen has all major appliances, extra cabinet space, and stone tile countertops to provide for all of your kitchen needs in a home away from home. You will enjoy the open concept design of this inviting space. The great room has a gas fireplace is in the corner to provide for a relaxing environment after a fun day in the sun. Bring along all of your favortie movies to maximaize the use of this great room. This room provides a plentiful amount of sitting for the whole group.

The master bedroom is large with a KING bed and personal bathroom, also a private screen door to the back patio.The second bedroom has a KING bed with a pocket door access to the second bathroom. (Can be used easily as a 2nd master suite.) Directly across the way from this room is the third bedroom that has four TWIN beds. This is a favorite for the kids to have their own beds but still be spending time together. Pack your bags light as we do have a full size washer/dryer for you to use as well.

The place was perfect for what we needed. A comfortable place for a young family of five. Love all the pool/hot tub options. Would book again!

Update Needed.

Overall the property was very nice. The condo was clean and livable for the few nights we stayed. However, the toilet in the main bathroom did not and would not flush, not on the account of anyone in our party. Maintenance was called and they tried to fix it, but it made it worse. Our party was stuck utilizing one toilet for 8 people, 6 of which were girls. This was super inconvenient. The living room television and remotes did not work. I even changed the batteries in the remotes, but nothing would work. I was able to get the DVD player to work, but it took some acts of turning it on and off several times to get it to work. I would never be able to provide you with the actual process of getting it to work as it was an act of God. The beds were clean and comfortable, furniture was outdated and damaged. The condo just needs a little TLC and it would have been great. The pools were fun and the overall location is fantastic.

Great place!

We loved staying here. Very spacious for our family of 6. The pool is close so that was a plus. Would definitely try and stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay!

The best part of staying here was that they had heated swimming pools. We enjoyed the hot tubs. We loved playing pickle ball! The location is very convienient to traveling to local attractions and close to town. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!

This condo was perfect for our family. We loved the spaciousness and the location. The property was clean and just as advertised. We love to bike and climb, so it was great to be so close to so many trail options. My only suggestion would be some other lawn chairs to use on the patio. I realize that it may be hard to keep furniture out on the ground level though. Maybe just know if you rent this condo, throw in a few camp chairs to use on the patio. Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect and we look forward to renting this condo again in the future.

This house was super clean , smelled amazing , and great location . The big comfy leather couch and the huge tv made the living room so cozy . Location was amazing with playground and pool and hot tub right out back door . We loved this place and had an amazing time . Thanks

Great vacation

The playground right outside the unit was the best perk, as we could send the kids to play on the playground while making dinner. Overall, a great experience. We would stay again.

Perfect Amount of Space!

We have stayed in other condos in Las Palmas, but this one won the cake! It has a great lay out and plenty of room for everyone in our family! The Kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, and utensils you would need or want! The whole condo was clean and inviting! We loved being near the pool and the nice patio to sit on in the morning and evening!

We found everything to be what we expected. Loved the Condo and the complex. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Only one recommendation... the pool open at 9:00 instead of 10:00 am.

Roomy and inviting!!!

We were very happy wth the condo and facilities. Everything was well kept and clean. It was nice to be on the bottom floor with access to the swimming pool so close by. Our daughter has been away for 18 months so we were looking for a place we could spend time as a family and enjoy each other. This was the perfect place! We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again!

Great location!

The condo was very nice and clean. Location was great! Having a ground level condo with the pool and playground right out the back door was very convenient. It was nice that there were separate towels provided for the pool as well. We would stay again! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the beds weren't very comfortable. Other than that, no complaints at all!

Perfect location for families and kids!

We had a wonderful stay!! The condo was very nice, well stocked with all of the necessities (stocked kitchen, pool towels, games, blow up mattresses, etc) a tv in every room, with a HUGE tv in the living room. My favorite part was the location, it walks right out to the park and pool which made it very nice for our little ones to go out to play and still keep an eye on them. We would definitely stay again!
