We regret that your stay was not as satisfactory as you expected, especially since on several occasions we have asked you if everything was going well or if you needed anything, not getting an answer. If you had communicated your complaints we could have done something to resolve them, even we would have been willing to cancel the reservation and return the money, because our greatest reward is the satisfaction of our guests. On the other hand, I don’t understand how you say there are no shops or restaurants nearby... Kalifato, La Cubana, Los Marinos José, Los Marinos Paco, Los Andaluces... As for the parking is more than correct. In the announcement we have indicated that it is not accessible to people in wheelchairs, however, we will clarify the two flights of stairs to climb.
