Thank you very much it was a pleasure to have you in my apartment.

Thank you very much for your kindness, it was a pleasure to meet you.

Hello thank you for coming to my apartment, the pool door had an issue that couldn´t open easily but nobody in the building had problems to enter, anyway, the problem is solved, and when you told me I thought you alredy opened but waited till departure to tell me you couldn´t, so I was unable to fix it before.

Hello, there have been many senior people in the apartment since 2006 and this is the first time it´s mentioned that the entrance it´s a long ramp, because it´s the car entrance of around 30 meters and very smooth. Concerning the picture with the BBQ it´s already changed, because I forgot it was there, but anyway, if you look up for the BBQ on the services of the apartment, you won´t find it because it wasn´t there long time ago, but I suppose you didn´t have a look at it before coming to the apartment. And for the cleaning, I already told you that the person who normally comes to clean told me that couldn´t come before so because I knew you weren´t coming before I decided to clean that day, but definitely it wasn´t booked those two days because my minimum rental period on the web is one week, so it was impossible to book it, thank you.

Dear Alan thank you for your words, concerning the noise of the road, I think nobody have made a review saying there is noise there, so probably it´s because it´s not usual that noise otherwise someone would have said that, thank you.
