We had a fantastic stay here with our two dogs. The location is perfect, right on the beach, with amazing views of the coast. It was exactly the kind of place we were hoping for: peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a few days away by the sea.The property was comfortable, well located, and made it very easy to enjoy beach walks straight from the door. The beach was lovely and quiet while we were there, and at times we pretty much had it all to ourselves, which made the stay feel even more special. Being able to bring the dogs made it even better, and they loved it as much as we did.We would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a coastal break with stunning views, especially if travelling with dogs. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for a beach holiday. Stunning views of the bay and a short walk from the beach, either down the concrete slipway at the yacht club or down some steps down onto the dunes from the coast path. Grand children loved it. The apartment was really nicely decorated and had everything you might need. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful location

The holiday apartments are set in a wonderful location. Stunning views of the beach to the front with horses and farm land at the rear. It was beautiful to watch the sunrise on the sea. Easy access to a wonderful clean beach and walking distance along the seashore into Bridlington for fish and chips. There’s plenty to do for all ages and a very welcoming place for dogs. I have already recommended this place to friends and family. We will definitely be returning.

Fabulous property and location.

This property is steps away from the beach and you can see the sea from the living room and bedroom. The beach is sandy and miles long. It’s an easy walk to the Cow Shed tea rooms in Fraisthorpe or Bridlington. The property is easily accessed by car with its own large drive. The house itself is very well maintained and clean and cosy. It has 3 good sized bedrooms, perfect for a family. The owner, Ben, was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking in the area as its proximity to the beach and views of the sea are unbeatable.

Beautiful property.Perfect and quick access to the beach.Beautiful view.

Thoughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful home..had everything there that you need for your stay.Would love to go back again in the future.Sea and beach on your door step.Quick access to the beach on foot down a few steps or just a little walk further down to the slope for ie..prams,Wheelchairs.Beautiful sunsets to wake to and gorgeous sun sets at the end of the day..Deffinatley became our happy place.Karen and family.Also friendly support at the end of the phone with the property manager.

Beachy break

Beautiful location in easy reach of bridlington and fraisthorpe,Ben was very responsive and helpful,the only downside was the beds weren't made up and there were no provisions ready,ie.toiltries but thankfully I took a roll with us ...but besides that there was everything we needed.

This is such a beautiful place clean and tidy property to stay in a real treasure.We were blessed to have such beautiful views and lots of lovely walks .. Ben has always been a wonderful and welcoming host to my family when we have stayed here.

This was a fantastic place to stay....perfect sea view....absolutely everything we needed was provided plus lots of other little things we appreciated...tea coffee sugar oil....ect...check in and out was so easy ....highly recommend this place and hopefully will return ....thankyou Ben x

Our Holiday at 5 May Fair 27th to the 30th May2022

We were so pleased we were able to return to this beautiful holiday home for a long weekend on the 27th(Because this is where I wanted to spend my Birthday🎂with my family) to the 30th of May 2022..we stayed for the first time for a short break in October 2021 and the whole family fell in love with it and all it's surrounding the moment we arrived.Karen and Family.

October school holiday

The apartment are fab, only downside was the lack of soundproofing between apartments. Clean, tidy, homely and very relaxing. Loved the beach and Bridlington town.

Staycation July 2021

What an amazing find this place was. The views from the house and garden were amazing, just what we were looking for and in a quiet location. The beach was stunning. Clean and modern flat. We visited Scarborough and York whilst there. Our kids loved Bridlington Fun Fair, it was only 10mins away by car. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.
