I’m sorry that you felt that way and even though there was someone on site you didn’t feel that you could communicate with us.
The property was freshly cleaned and you were given extra heaters for your stay.

Unfortunately it looks like now that you have returned home that you have given us such a bad review knowing full well that we were English when corresponding with us. Even though you n the VRBO site it does state that we are English. Thank you for leaving everything clean and tidy and also for your feed back about a coffee maker.
