We have sought to equip to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. You want to feel relaxed while on vacation. We have made an effort to make Blue Island Villa a cozy and comfort retreat and put so much love. The best thing for me is when I wake up and hear the sounds of the sea.

Blue Island Vila is a brand new (August 2021), luxurious villa located at prime central location of Protaras resort and just 200 meters to Protaras beach, shops/restaurants/bars and coastal promenade. The villa is fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and relaxing self-catering stay.

As you enter the villa, you will find the contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area surrounded by large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen TV and WIFI connection. The dining area has seating for 8 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for your self-catering stay and also includes a breakfast bar with extra seating for 3 persons. A shower and WC can also be found on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you will find the three modern and spacious bedrooms, all complete with fitted wardrobes and bedside. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC, double bed and offers sea view. Bedrooms 2 has a double bed and offers sea view and bedroom 3 has two single beds. The main bathroom with shower and WC is also on this floor.

Outside, the spacious pool area offers a barbecue area with a worktop and sink, outside shower, dining area, comfortable seating area, sun-loungers and a large private pool while enjoying the stunning sea views.
