Mono B is a studio apartment that accommodates 2 guests and it`s on the second floor of a three-unit complex in Sant`Isidoro, near Nardò. The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, tv, hair-dryer, ceiling fans. Pets are not allowed.

studio apartment is reachable by stairs. The complex is introduced by a
gate that opens in the courtyard, shared with another studio apartment
on the first floor and where it is possible to park the car. The
apartment consists of a living room with dining area, kitchenette and
double sofa bed. Moreover, there are a bathroom with shower and the
balcony with outdoor dining area and view on the sea.

building Villa Cieloazzurro is in a residential area in Sant`Isidoro,
near Nardò, 300 meters away from the beach establishment. The seaside
location is very lively during Summer, with many amenities and
fish-based restaurants. Moreover, the villa is close to Porto Cesareo,
which is only 6 kilometers away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
