The cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway to Yellowstone. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our dog, too, with lots of room outside to roam and a place for a walk. The kitchen heater did not work during our stay and the bedroom heater wouldn’t come on our second evening there. We will start again!

Our stay was AWESOME! The cabin was perfect for us two and our dog. Only had two issues, the Storm door slams shut and the left burner on the gas grill did not work. We were still able to grill 2 ribeyes on the right side. We would definitely stay here again.

Great rustic decor in the room. There is a nice loop of a road to walk your dog on. It's a quiet area- most guests are gone all day to Yellowstone Park. It is convenient to the Mack's Inn area.

Winter get a way

Small cabin

I knew it would be small but I guess too small for me and my husband but it was cute. We tried to contact the owner about what to do with the garbage because the bin was not where it was supposed to be so unfortunately we had to leave our garbage inside. I tried twice to contact the owners with no call back.

Great property for Yellowstone stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bear Cave #1. We spent long days at Yellowstone national park, and it was nice to come back to a comfortable condo. We cook our breakfast and dinner, so having a fully stocked kitchen sold us on staying here. Highly recommend staying here to others.

Bear Cabin Experience

The cabin is on the small side but enough for two people. It's true to the pictures and to the description. I love the pine wood. I wish the location was closer to Yellowstone National Park. It is a 30 minutes drive to the entrance of YNP. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

Rustic Decor Bear Cave

This property was very nicely decorated - bear pictures, great looking bedding, etc. The property has a gravel road around the interior which is good to walk your dog on (about a 15 minute walk). There are a few other small individual rental cabins on the property but it is still a very quiet place to stay. We were there for a week and saw very few people- felt like we had the place to ourselves. You can rent horses just down the street (five minutes away).

Great room

Great stay. The room was very clean and very well stocked. We loved the laundry room, very clean. Lots of stuff to do around and the animals around where very nice, loved the Robin having babies in the tree next to cabin.

Very clean and well stocked. Easy to find. We booked here for our visit to Yellowstone. It is a little far. The area is not much to look at but nice for the price.

Cozy, quiet and clean

Very nice, with everything we needed. Seamless check in through vrbo, never even saw property management while we were there. Wish the place was closer to Yellowstone but it was as advertised as about 30 minutes or so. Lots of outdoor family activities available, state park resort atmosphere.
