Located on the fifth floor of a residential building with lift, this spacious and bright flat is ideal for accommodating up to 2 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be used, while the bathroom with a nice shower is equipped with everything you need.

The bedroom boasts a cosy double bed and ample wardrobe space to conveniently store your belongings, offering an oasis of tranquillity and comfort.

The addition of WiFi and air conditioning is an important plus to make your stay even more comfortable.

We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
