Hi Louise, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The property you stayed in is rated Emerald, which is an older lower grade property. They are great value for money, and hugely popular with families, however due to their age they do have signs of wear and tear and historical maintenance . However, they should be 100% clean and ready for your arrival so I am very sorry if this was not the case for stay. It was offered they returned to look into the issues for you but this was declined by yourself unfortunately.
