Whincroft near Tavistock, Devon sleeps seven in four bedrooms.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. AGA, electric oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV x 2 with Roku stick, Blu-Ray player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair provided. Enclosed front garden with patio, lawn and seating, courtyard garden, summerhouse with garden table and chairs, rear lawn garden with patio and seating, hammock and wood-clad inflatable 4 person hot tub. Off-road parking for 2 cars (1 large & 1 small) and more parking available on the road nearby. Two well behaved dogs welcome, 2nd dog charge of £25.00 per week. No smoking. Shop 0.7 miles, pub 0.7 miles. Note: Check-in is from 4.30pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Children not be left unattended in garden due to fenced off pond to the rear of the garden.
