The apartment: 120 M2, located on 3rd floor with elevator (just 1 apartment per flat), beautifully designed, naturally lighted, very well structured with wide open spaces, a 45m2 living room, 2 bedrooms (x2), additional double sofa bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms, independent kitchen and technical room.
A balcony allows to enjoy marvelous city’s highlights

The interiors: comfortable, modern and spacious the flat has been completely renovated few months ago with extensive usage of top materials including full parquet, air conditioning in all rooms, sliding doors to gain spaces, new kitchen and new equipment’s. Modern and new furniture with wide usage of natural woods components, design chairs/lounge chair and lamps. Spacious and bright rooms each with its own wardrobe. 2 complete bathrooms with shower, lavabo and WC/Bidet.
