Beautiful beach front property

Giorgio and Elizabetta were super helpful hosts once we arrived. They made us great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. The villa is well setup with beautiful views and easy access to a small beach. There’s a small grocery store and cafe within the community that was great for last minute needs. Very family friendly villa.

Highly recommend

Wonderful to arrive somewhere and it surpasses your expectations. It is actually a self contained small house, with a picture perfect view. Porto Rotondu is 15min drive and beats Porto Cuervo hands down. Apartment is immaculate and fully equipped. We loved our stay and will be back.

Hidden gem in Sardinia

We had a wonderful stay in northern Sardinia. Our gracious hosts offered us a nice meal when we arrived due to a late flight and car rental. Isabetta greeted us with warm pizza and gave us all the details on the property. We enjoyed watching the brief lightning show which lit up the night sky. It wasn’t until morning light that we could truly appreciate the beauty of the property and the view off the back of the patio. The beach and warm, inviting water is just steps beyond the gate to the lower grotto unit. We utilized all the kitchen had to offer and had many memorable meals. The highlight was grilling over open charcoal worth the wood that was provided. We are already talking about making a trip back next year and this property will be first on the list. I highly recommend Georgio and Elisabetta as they were the best hosts and attended to our every need. Every day housekeeping was a bonus and not something you find often for a VRBO property.

Calme avec vue magnifique !

La maison est idéalement située avec un accès direct à la plage, il y a une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis la terrasse et même depuis l'intérieur de la maison. Le propriétaire a pensé à tous les besoins de ses hôtes, nous avons manqué de rien. Cependant, nous avons été déçus du Jacuzzi dont la température était à 18°C à notre arrivée. Autant le propriétaire que le pisciniste ont réussi péniblement à monter la température à 20°C. Notre choix s'était porté sur cette maison pour le Jacuzzi, vous pouvez imaginer notre déception !!! Une telle propriété mériterait un vrai Jacuzzi avec système à 35°C pour profiter de la saison ou il fait frais, DOMMAGE.

Schöne Ferien!

Wir - eine Familie mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 9 und 11 Jahren - verbrachten hier zwei Sommerferienwochen. Einzigartig ist natürlich die fantastische Aussicht, über die wir uns jedes Mal aufs Neue gefreut haben. Das Haus selbst ist schön, sehr gepflegt und es fehlt an nichts (und wenn man doch irgendetwas vermissen sollte, steht es nächsten Tag da). Der Vermieter Giorgio ist ein wunderbarer, sehr charmanter Gastgeber, den man jederzeit per E-Mail oder Telefon erreichen kann. Das Haus befindet sich zuvorderst in einer kleinen Ferienanlage, die fast ausschliesslich von italienischen Gästen besucht wird, was wir sehr sympathisch fanden. Die Anlage hat einen Supermarkt und ein gutes Restaurant, welches das Essen auch ins Haus liefert. Wir haben es uns oft liefern lassen, weil man von der wunderschönen Terrasse gar nicht weg will. Vor der Gartentür ist ein kleiner Strand und man kann im Meer ausgezeichnet schwimmen. Da unsere Kinder schon etwas älter sind, fuhren wir aber oft an einen grösseren Strand (Golfo di Marinella), der nur einige Autominuten entfernt ist. Dort gibt es eine Surfschule mit einem deutschen Lehrer, Ben, bei dem unsere Kinder mit Begeisterung das Surfen gelernt haben.Wir können das Ferienhaus vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Es waren wunderbare Ferien und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

You can Go !!!

We went to this house for one week end of May at 2 families (4 adults and 4 children). All was perfect in this house with high level on equipment, furniture,.... The most was the terrace which is so comfortable with an amazing vue on the sea and the direct access from the garden to the beach ! we couldn't expect better. Thank you also to Giorgio, the landlord of the house, who was so kind and so friendly with us. We recommend this house to everybody who enjoy calm, sights, nice beaches and warm evening on the terrace with a drink and the sunset. Karine

Paradise in Sardinia

Just spend a few glorious days in this villa. The house is absolutely beautiful. Perfect for our group of six adults. You really do get the Wow Factor as soon as you walk in. They have thought of everything. If you want to cook, the kitchen has everything you could possible need. There are even fresh herbs growing in the garden! The weather was great so we spent most of our time outdoors. Being just steps from the beach was the best. We took the kayak and the paddle boards out, hung out in the jacuzzi or on the patio with a nice glass of Sardinian wine....perfection! The location was ideal for us. We had a quiet place to call home and it was just a short drive to Golfo Aranci, Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo and San Panteleo. A few from our group even golfed at Pevero Golf Club; they loved it! The entire online booking process was seamless. G5Homes was over the top wonderful to work with. Silvia and Alessia thought of everything. So organized!! The communication was excellent. They helped with coordinating an in home chef one evening (highly recommended!!), sent the detailed directions and contact information well in advance, were there when we arrived to give us a warm welcome and even gave us a list of restaurants and sites to visit during our stay. Really, it was one of the best vacations we have taken and it had so much to do with this beautiful home and the excellent service from G5Homes. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful villa with gorgeous views

We spent a week at this villa in late July. The villa is beautiful and well maintained. It is spotlessly clean and well equipped. It has spectacular views of the ocean, and is literally 100 feet from the beach. The beach is quiet in the early morning and at night. But was quite crowded during the day with beach goers from nearby condos. The villa is conveniently located. Giorgio was extremely helpful. Great time had by all.

Ein wunderbar verlängerter Sommer

Wir hatten wunderschön erholsame 10 Tage in Giorigios Penthouse. Die Lage in der ruhigen, malerischen Bucht, der direkte Zugang zum Meer, der herrliche Blick von der Terrasse und die ungestörte Privatsphäre – das stellt sich im Juli/August vermutlich anders dar. Das Haus ist mit Liebe zum Detail ,gemütlich, eingerichtet und eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Qualität Kochgeschirr etc.) rundet das perfekte Bild ab. Wenn man das Haar in der Suppe wirklich suchen möchte, die Matratzen waren doch “rustikal-hart”. Die Anlegemöglichkeit für ein Motorboot in Gehdistanz zum Haus war zusätzlicher Luxus. Wir kommen sicher wieder und haben den verlängerten Sommer auf Sardinien ungemein genossen, Sabine und Clemens

fantastic vacation< June 25th to July 2nd 2016

We had the BEST family vacation ever!! Giorgio and Silvia provided very good service. The house was absolutely everything you could possibly need or wish for. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed the herb garden to spice up our meals. The great big table brought our family together and we spend hours every day enjoying good food and laughter. Everybody had lots of space and privacy. Beautiful house. But watch out for the mosquitoes!

This is a lovely, clean, well-maintained home in a beautiful community that is located just a few yards away from a gorgeous beach. The listing description and photos are accurate. We stayed there for one week in mid-June 2016. Naturally, I was uneasy about wiring money abroad. You can rest assured that the owner, Giorgio, will treat you right. His assistant Silvia was readily available throughout our stay. As for local sites and restaurants, I recommend the beaches and an Agriturismo restaurant called La Kustera. There was only one problem. Mosquitoes. Everywhere. Buzzing in our ears most nights. Of course we put on bug spray, but it didn't really help. My son got it the worst -- dozens of bites, including half a dozen on his face. Perhaps it is no different than any other Mediterrarnean island in the summertime.

Dear Jesse, thank you very much for your review and the beautiful words you used for the home and the professional assistance we provided you. I'm so sorry for what happened with mosquitoes but I have to say that this is an isolated case. During the summer mosquitoes are everywhere, everybody knows, also in Sardinia, but not more than in other places. Of course you have to use some simple shrewdness that everyone knows: if windows are left open with lights on, it is very likely that mosquitoes will come into the room.... I come in this house since I was a child and today that I have two little girls I have never had a mosquito emergency. None of my guests, I rent the house since 2010, has ever complained of this, so I repeat, I'm so sorry, but as far as my home is concerned, yours remains a unique case. Ein Traum für Familien

Wir haben mit 3 Familien (6 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder im Alter von 3 Monaten bis 3 Jahren) perfekt Ferien in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Über den schön gestalteten Garten erreicht man direkt einen kleinen Strand, der herrlich zum Baden ist. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben auch in der Küche absolut nichts vermisst um abwechslungsreich zu kochen. Giorgio war sehr hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen. Er hat uns alles für die Kinder (Essstühle, Kinderbetten) zu Verfügung gestellt.

Trip of a Lifetime

We had very high hopes for our visit, and the property absolutely exceeded our expectations. The villa was exactly as described, in immaculate condition, and was extremely convenient with easy access right on the beach with shimmering green crystal clear waters, clean air, and breathtaking views. A very private place, our stay from September 19 - 26 was at low season so the area around us was quiet. Fortunately for us, the weather was fantastic, and the villa is in close proximity to many nearby towns, so it is very convenient all around. Hopes to return there some day !! Optimal Costa Smeralda beachhouse for 6-8 people

We stayed here the first week of September 2015 with 7 people, 2 parents and 5 kids from 10-17. The house is exactely as you see it on the website - no hidden traps - new, tasty, modern and functionable interior in the house - great terrace with superbe view over the water and amply lounge furniture to gather there - garden exit directly to the (small) beach - big bay in front of the house with (golden) sand, clean water and not too crowdy - boat rental 2 min from house - supermarket, coffe-shop, newspapers, and 2 good restaurants in 5min walking distance. On top, Giorgio the manager/owner is very informative, reliable and helpful with tips. We enjoved it wholeheartingle. Really a great base for Costa smeralda holidays.

Perfect views

We have just returned after spending the first week of June at this amazing villa. Great weather and a lovely time of year as things are still fairly quiet. The location of the villa is perfect and although there are other properties around you have total privacy. The terrace is just as amazing as it looks in the pictures superbly furnished and great for spending the day relaxing and looking at the amazing view. The open covered dining area is also a great space. It's a beautiful island with many lovely beaches but when you return to the Penthouse at the end of the day the views here are as good as anything you will have seen during your trips out - the colour of the water is beautiful. Everything in the villa and surrounding area are immaculately kept with beautiful flower beds outside and landscaping. Also being able to walk to the end of your garden and go to the beach from your own private gate is pretty special. You will certainly not be disappointed!. Giorgio handled all our enquiries both prior to booking and during our stay very promplty and attentively and was also there to meet us on the day of our arrival and was happy to answer any questions about the area and island. If you have any worries about booking direct with an owner you can be 100% reassured as all our arrangements were completed seamlessly. As we needed to use all three double bedrooms it meant that we also occupied the room downstairs which is perhaps not as high a standard as in the main bedrooms in the villa (which were gorgeous) and is accessed separately via the garden rather than from inside the villa itself. That was the only minor drawback in an otherwise perfect trip! One more tip - be prepared from some mosquitoes, there are plugs and repellent provided in the villa so it's a good idea to make use of them. Thanks Giorgio, we had a great time, one week just wasn't long enough!

A piece of heaven!

We just came back from a week holiday in Costa Smeralda and stayed in this beautiful villa! Giorgio had already sent us clear directions how to reach the villa and was waiting for us. When we entered the house, you really get the WOW effect after seeing the ocean view! What can I say, I have stayed in many villa’s around the world, but this was definitely one of the best! Not so much because of only the view and location(beach just outside of the door), but more of the fact that EVERY details has been thought of for the holiday. From a Nespresso machine, nice cold bottle of sparkling wine ready to uncork on your very first moments, until equipment in the kitchen, basic but essential things for cooking until nice glassware. The design of the BBQ with- again charcoal and wood ready for use- and the outdoor shower was very nice. The terrace lights of the Villa were also very nice in the late evenings. The beds are very comfortable as well as the showers. The living room is indeed a bit small, but who cares if you’re there in the warm season. For kids there is enough beach toys to keep them happy!During our stay we had some internet problems, but Giorgio was very helpful in trying to fix it! When it works the WIFI reception as well as speed is excellent! We could even stream football game which is not a given in touristic (remote) areas. The location of the house is very strategically located and takes you in 7min to Golfo Aranci and almost 10mins to Porto Rotondo and 15min to central Olbia where you can find many great restaurants. There is a very close by restaurant Il Segreto, but since it was off season and the restaurants being pretty much empty, we did not dare to order seafood! Instead we ordered twice pizza’s which were okay, but not great. The supermarket opposite of this restaurant was closed so we had to drive to Golfo Aranci for our groceries. Overall, we had an excellent holiday and really enjoyed this property! Giorgio, thanks for the great service and congrats on the quality of the design of your Penthouse!

Great views and nice villa

We stay on this villa at the end of April 2014. First of all – amazing view from villa charmed us. Villa is modern, clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Charcoal BBQ also was good; it was really possible to grill anything there. Terrace has a great view, big sitting area. Giorgio – is the best owner, it was very pleasant to contact with him. Every problem was solved immediately. Dear Giorgio, thank you for nice holidays!

PERFECT LUXURY FAMILY VILLA

We booked this villa for a 7 day stay in September this year. We were a group of 3 - 2 adults and a demanding little toddler ! The villa is BEAUTIFUL. The photos do not do it justice. It has every amenity that you could desire - from air conditioning to fully equipped kitchen to all the baby amenities we needed - cot, high chair, beach toys (yes beach toys !!!) The Villa has a large terrace with a stunning view, a lovely garden and lawn and is on a beautiful little sandy beach with crystal clear water. The beach is shared with other properties but it is never really crowded and is perfect for children. The villa owner is the perfect host. Incredibly professional, and responds to all requests immediately. He found us an incredible cook and cleaner for a week. The food was exceptional. Despite being a very active person I ended up not wanting to leave the property as we were so comfortable there. We did not want to leave !!! I regularly rent luxury villas and chalets and this is one of the best properties I have stayed at. And definitely the best managed.

SUVERENT FERIHUS!

Vi var en familie på 6, 4 voksne og 2 barn som leide huset i siste uka i juni. Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i et hus som hadde alt. Beliggenheten og utsikten er helt utrolig rett ved stranda. Huset har egen utgang til stranda slik at det er bare å spasere ned til sjøen for morgenbad. Vannet er krystallklart og stranda ligger i en bukt slik at det lite bølger. Hadde mange fine og lange svømmeturer. Det er en flott utedusj med et lite fossefall der saltvann og sand kan skyldes av før man går opp til den fantastiske uteplassen med med store utesofaer. Spisestua er åpen med glssdører som kan lukkes. Utsikten er spektakulær med sol får morgen til kveld. Huset er godt skjermet for innsyn. Denne utsikten vil vi aldri glemme og kommer til å savne kveldene i sofaene under den stjerneklare himmelen. Kjøkkenet er velutstyrt og dekker de fleste behov for dem som er glad i lage mat. Huset har også en flott utegrill. Enkelt å kjøpe mat i matbutikk som ligger ca 2-3 min gange unna. Veldig god service i butikken. Bra restaurant og cafe med god mat og service ved butikken. På området kan man enkelt bestille transport. Fikk god service. Benyttet dette tilbudet blant annet til å dra til Porto Rotondo og Porto Cervo (30-40 min unna). Enkelt også å bestille transport fra flyplassen i Olbia til huset (ca 20-30 min). Forhåndsbestille dette på Internett. Vi hadde ikke behov for leiebil. Huseier, Giorgio, var fantastisk, møter opp personlig til ankomst og avreise. Holdt kontakt på e-post og spurte om vi hadde noen behov før ankomst. Huset ble rengjort 2 ganger i uka og har ingen ting å utsette på renholder og service. Vi kan trygt anbefale dette huset og vi kommer til å savne stedet og utsikten. Strandvilla mit Familieneignung

Meine Frau und ich haben mit unseren 4 Kindern in Alter von 1, 3, 6 und 8 Jahren sowie meine Eltern eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche in diesem wunderbaren Strandhaus nahe der Costa Smeralda verbracht. Die Anreise von Olbia ist super kurz (nur 20 Minuten) trotzdem hört man keinen Fluglärm oder Schiffslärm. Der Sandstrand ist sehr sauber und nur 10 Meter vom Gartentor entfernt. Das Meerwasser ist glasklar und im Juni schon auf Schwimmbad Temperatur (26 Grad). Es gibt auch Granitfelsen an denen man Schnorcheln und Krebse fangen kann, was unsere Kinder mit Ausdauer gemacht haben. DIe Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet mit ordentlichen Matratzen und individueller Klimaanlage (leider hat nur das Kinderzimmer keine eigen Klimaanlage sodass zur Kühlung die Tür zum nächsten Schlafzimmer offen gelassen werden muss). Das Gästezimmer unterhalb der Terrasse ist auch sehr schön, allerdings hatte es zu unserer Besuchszeit eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit mit leichtem Modergeruch, was meine Eltern nicht so prickelnd fanden. Von der Terrasse, dem überdachten Essplatz dahinter und den 2 grossen Schlafzimmern hat meinen einen wunderbaren Meerblick. Leider gab es aber keinen Sonnenschutz auf der grossen Terrasse was für uns die Nutzung doch stark eingeschränkt hat. Zwei Ampelschirme könnten das Problem sicher lösen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit Geschirrspühler und ordentlichen Gläsern und Tellern. Im Umfeld des Hauses befindet sich eine grosse Ferienanlage die uns nicht gestört hat da sie noch praktisch leer war. In ca. 200m ist ein schönes Restaurant mit guter Pizza und ein kleiner Supermarkt aus dem man sich mit allem versorgen kann, sodass man im Prinzip kein Auto benötigt. Zusammengefasst hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen vielleicht wieder. Die vollen 5 Sterne habe ich nicht vergeben da wir kleinere Mängel (wie oben beschrieben) in Kauf nehmen mussten.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

My family were celebrating my husband's 60th Birthday and wanted somewhere special to relax together. This was the perfect villa in a beautiful location. Our party was made up of my husband and myself, my newly married daughter and her husband and our youngest daughter. There was plenty of room for us all to have our privacy. The villa immaculately clean, gorgeous bed linen, decoration of the highest standard. Very well equipped kitchen. It even had an Nespresso machine which was a bonus as we have one at home and it is used constantly! Bring your own pods though! We were very glad of the BBQ,with it being the end of the season,very few restaurants or local supermarkets were open. We loved the outdoor eating area which we used for every meal. Great for playing late night cards over a glass of wine! The patio was glorious. The views to die for. Very luxurious cushions on seating and sun beds. There was a garden below with a locked gate to the beach which made us think we had our own private area! A maid came to tidy up twice during the week and was so pleasant. We were not expecting this, which was a real bonus. Giorgio the owner was fantastic from the first enquiry. He emailed us at intervals re the deposit, the final payment and useful information with regards to restaurants and shopping. He even came down from Milan on the day of our departure. We were able to contact him at anytime. A very approachable gentleman. The only downside for me, I was expecting to use the pool but due to it being the end of the season the whole pool area was being refurbished but I didn't let it spoil my holiday. There were too many plus points to warrant a complaint. To summarise our stay, I would highly recommend this beautiful villa to anyone I would highly recommend to anyone

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir waren im Oktober 2013 für zwei Wochen in der Villa "Pentouse". Es war toll! Die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel. Das Haus ist super: Modern und komplett ausgestattet, sehr sauber und toll gelegen. Sehr schöne Terasse mit aureichend Platz für 8 Personen. Das Haus liegt neben einer Ferienanlage und direkt am Strand. Zu erwähnen ist, dass die Ferienanlage und damit auch der kleine Supermarkt und das italienischer Restaurant Anfang Oktober saisonbedingt geschlossen hat. Da wir aber einen Mietwagen hatten, war das kein Problem. Vorteil war vor Allem, dass der Strand fast uns alleine zur Verfügung stand. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Wir hatten unsere 2 jährige Tochter mit und auch für sie war das Haus ideal: Das Grundstück ist mit Mauern umgeben, das Haus hat keine Stolperfallen und der Strand vor dem Haus ist sehr flach. Es kam zwei Mal die Woche eine Putzfrau. Bei Fragen konnten wir Giorgio jederzeit per Mail erreichen. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und würden wieder kommen. Danke Giorgio!

Dear Torsten, Thanks for your wonderful review. You have chosen to come to Sardinia in October, which I personally consider to be one of the best months to come. Days are still quite long and the sea water is warm enough to allow you to do even nice baths. It’s true that it is not the high season and maybe that many restaurants are closed, but you can enjoy a peace and tranquility impossible during the warmer months. I'm really pleased that I've enjoyed my home, I'm so proud and I strive to give my clients the best possible. I am very happy that you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you soon. Semplicemente magnifica

Villa Pentahouse é curata in ogni dettaglio, arredamento design , giardino curato, cucina ben fornita. Particolarmente da sogno é la posizione a due passi dal mare, pratica soprattutto per famiglie con bambini. Inoltre é possibile usufruire di diversi servizi di qualità in loco: massaggi, parrucchiera, house-keeping, servizio cucina, ecc. La consigliamo a chiunque desidera trascorrere le vacanze in famiglia al mare in piena tranquillità.

Ciao Patrizia, sei gentilissima; sono molto contento di avervi conosciuto, siete stati ospiti fantastici, la tua recensione mi fa davvero molto piacere. Sono contento che abbiate potuto apprezzare la casa in tutte le sue potenzialità, concepita per trascorrere un periodo di vacanza con la famiglia o con amici, in totale tranquillità e confort. Come avete visto sono costantemente impegnato per fare in modo che ogni ospite abbia un'esperienza positiva; personalmente pongo estrema cura nel creare e mantenere l'ambiente sicuro e confortevole e ogni anno la villa si arricchisce di dettagli che le rendono migliore per cercare di non deludere mai nessuno.
