Wow! Great experience. Giorgio was great communicator and was so generous about letting us check in early. The house is pristinely clean, views SPECTACULAR. Lots of towels. A/c worked great. Giorgio sent us beach recommendations. Amazing trip!

We absolutely adored our stay at Giorgio’s incredible home. Giorgio was the best host I’ve ever worked with. From the pre-trip guidance, to the personal greeting and walk through, to the immaculate home he left us to enjoy
it was all an A experience. The home was very clean, with everything you could need and plenty of space for our family. The air conditioning kept us cool during the heat wave and everything was so comfortable. The pool and grounds were spectacular and our family had the best time swimming and enjoying the view. The location was central to beautiful beaches, a grocery store, and restaurants. I only wish we could have stayed longer, but we made incredible memories and hope to return someday. Thank you SO much Giorgio!

Incredibile family vacation

From the moment we booked our stay to the last day of our vacation, Giorgio was the most incredible host of this property. He was attentive, communicative, and so accommodating and nice. The property was beautiful and lived up to its images online/ It was very comfortable for our family. The view was outstanding and one that of the most beautiful and clean pools we have ever seen! Lovely to come home to after a day of sightseeing and playing at the beach. Highly recommend staying here and we loved getting to know Giorgio and beautiful Sardinia!! A+

A Great Holiday Destination

7 of my family members and friends stayed at this villa and had an amazing time. Giorgio was so helpful and helped us with suggestions from places to see, beaches to visit, and local restaurants to dine in and around Porto San Paolo. The villa has a breathtraking view overlooking the Tavalora Island. The villa rooftop is a fantastic place to chill and admire the beautiful clear night sky with shimmering stars, ideal to enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. The infinity pool is lovely but a was bit cold this time of the year. Overall, I highly recommend Giorgio's villa for anyone visiting Porto San Paolo or the nearest regions.

All as advertised, Great stay.

We were a very last minute booking giving less than 24 hours notice. Communication with Giorgio was great, and there really was zero hassle with the stay. The property was a typical rustic Sardinian style. Very clean, well appointed with good air conditioning and the outside areas were fantastic. We spent a lot more time in the villa than we expected as the views were just amazing. The local area is great as well, with a few supermarkets in town a less than 5 min drive away and plenty of restaurants and beaches to choose from near by. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property.

Beautiful Porto San Paolo

The house has a great view and is nice. Some rooms had non-functioning air conditioning. Windows had no screens so insects were an issue. One bathroom shower head did not work well (poor spray and holder was not tight). Overall cabinetry, fixtures and decor was dated. Still a beautiful location and view.

Beautiful views, beautiful villa

The views from here - from both the house and the pool - are incredible. The villa is really comfortable, well equipped kitchen with everything you could want, two good bathrooms, comfy beds. Lovely outdoor dining area, panoramic roof terrace, garden with barbecue. It's very peaceful, but just a 3 minute drive down into the little town. Communication is brilliant, fast and accurate, owner Giorgio is really welcoming. Fantastic villa!

Fantastica casa e panorama straordinario

Una casa bellissima e spaziosa. La piscina Ăš moderna e nuova ed Ăš un grande vantaggio averla in casa solo per se . Abbiamo molto apprezzato il nostro soggiorno. Giorgio Ăš stato molto attento che tutto funzionasse bene. Consigliamo questa casa.

Best view ever!

This house is terrific, for only the view I would have paid to stay here. But the rest of the villa is great to. The pool, the rooftop, the BBQ. All great!

A fantastic house for an amazing holiday!

We loved this house! It was not only the perfect place for two familys with kids - since we had enough space for everyone and a lovely pool which everyone enjoyed - it was also a beautiful place with the most stunning view over Porto San Paolo and the island Tavolara. We almost didn't feel like leaving the house at all during our week there, and we spent a lot of time cooking and eating and enjoying the view. Giorgio was the greatest host, helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definately recommend this house and would love to come back!
