2311 Villa Vival - Primo Piano

Villa Vival Primo Piano is a holiday home for 6 guests in
a two-unit complex by the sandy beach with crystal clear sea in
Campomarino di Maruggio, on the Ionian coast. The apartment is equipped
with accessories such as central air conditioning, solarium with view on the sea, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, garage, safe, tv, satellite dish and decoder, mosquito nets, hair-dryer. Pets are allowed.

The
apartment is on the first floor of a two-unit complex, accessible by
stairs from the garden on the ground floor. The apartment is introduced
by large balcony with sofas and it consists of a living room with double
sofa bed, dining area and kitchenette with induction hob and
dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of
which are double bedrooms and the other is a twin bedroom. Moreover,
there is a bathroom with shower and another is outside, at the back of
the apartment, where there is a balcony with washing machine and sink.
The stairs from the porch at the front take to the solarium area on the
roof.
The surroundings of the apartment by the beach
The
apartment is 20 meters away from the beach. The beach is free while the
closest beach establishment is less than 200 meters away. The city
centre of Campomarino di Maruggio with its amenities is within walking
distance.
Campomarino is a seaside location with sandy beaches,
crystal clear sea, restaurants, pizzerias, cafés and typical shops.
There is a small harbor. The area is characterized by Mediterranean
scrub, large sandy beaches that are never crowded and where you can
enjoy beautiful sunsets.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
