Lovely villa, quiet location and much privacy, Avlaki beach and tavernas at just 10 min walk. Eleni was very friendly and helpful, and the veranda was a perfect place for all our meals.

Lovely house, very clean. Pool and outdoor areas were stunning. Good location - 10 minute walk to beautiful beach (great sunsets) with two excellent tavernas. Eleni is a lovely host and gave us some great suggestions!

Lovely house in a quiet setting but within walking distance of beautiful beaches and, slightly further, to Kassiopi village. Extremely attentive and helpful owner. Service and communications were excellent, family of four had a great stay at Villa Dimitris

We had a great short break at Villa Dimitris. Eleni was very helpful and friendly and looked after us. The highpoint for me was the setting-swimming pool and terrace looking out over the orchard and garden towards the mountains.

Lovely and very clean quiet setting to relax. A lake beach 7 mins walk away, supermarket 10 mins walk away and Kassiopi with many restaurants and bars, 5 mins in a car (20-30 mins walk ). Owner was very helpful and pleasant to deal with without intruding on our holiday.

Great spot

Modest villa but worked well for us. Great location. We preferred it to the other side of San Stefanos as the roads were easier to navigate. Close to brilliant supermarket Nikos who deliver for free.

Helen and Dimitros are fantastic hosts, and can't do enough for their guests. The villa was even better and more spacious than we expected, and is really well equipped. The pool is wonderful and a decent size.

We loved our time at Villa Dimitris. The position is wonderful, private and in among six of the most beautiful olive trees we’ve seen in forty years of visiting the Mediterranean. The Villa is not overlooked despite being close to the others on the site. A ten minute stroll takes you to Avlaki Beach the far end, five minutes stroll is sandy with large white pebbles on the rest of the shore. Water sports are available but it is a joy just to swim in the clear water. Refreshment is available at two taverna bars, even in September one or both are open from ten in the morning until supper time. For more choice Kassiopi and Agios Stefanos are a short drive or longer walk, both have great harbour view restaurants. The Villa itself enjoys a simple single storey layout, no internal stairs, with separate doors opening straight out onto the terrace and pool from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Sitting outside under cover all day and evening listening to the lonesome call of the scops owl. Special mention for the hospitality of Eleni, her relaxed manner calms everything down from her first smile. Thanks so much to the owners Eleni and Dimitri. We hope to be back.

Excellent villa, exactly what we were looking for. Clean and had all the amenities. Some of the furnishings and fittings were a little dated, but that was on no concern to us. Eleni who looked after us when needed is singled out for special praise - she was excellent - available when needed and yet gave us lots of privacy - thank you!

Liebe Eleni, Lieber Guido vielen Dank für eure herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Dimitris sehr genossen und uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt dir, Eleni, für deine Hilfe, als unser vorbestelltes Taxi uns einfach nicht abgeholt hat. Dass du uns ein neues Taxi organisiert hast, hat uns in dieser stressigen Situation sehr geholfen. Das war wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und wir wissen das sehr zu schätzen. Die Villa war wunderschön, makellos sauber und der alte Olivenbaum verleiht dem Grundstück einen ganz besonderen Charme. Der einzige kleine Punkt war der teilweise schwache Handyempfang, aber dafür könnt ihr natürlich nichts. Dafür bekommt man Privatsphäre. Wir würden sehr gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen und wenn möglich sogar etwas länger bleiben. Wir hoffen, dass das klappt. Vielen Dank nochmals für alles und alles Gute für euch! Fantastic well maintained villa in a great location. Quiet neighbourhood, but easy to walk to bars/restaurants/shops in Kassiopi. There are very pretty beaches nearby. Helen is a terrific host, and went the extra mile to make sure that we had an unforgettable holiday. We had a wonderful holiday here and would love to return some day!
