Appartement élégant pour 4 personnes situé dans l'une des principales rues commerçantes de Malaga, au cœur même du quartier historique, juste à côté de l'église San Juan.



Avec ses plafonds hauts, ses décorations élégantes et ses portes françaises traditionnelles andalouses du sol au plafond qui mènent à des balcons avec une petite table et des chaises qui surplombent la rue animée et le temple du XVe siècle, on ne pourrait pas demander un meilleur emplacement.



La chambre double dispose d'un lit double confortable, de placards, d'une télévision, d'une chaise et d'un bureau de travail. Il y a un patio intérieur à l'extérieur de la chambre.



Il y a également un grand canapé-lit deux places pour rendre le séjour confortable pour jusqu'à 4 personnes, ainsi qu'un bureau de travail et une armoire privée.



Une salle de bain moderne avec douche est située juste à côté de la chambre.



Une cuisine bien équipée avec des appareils modernes rendra votre séjour confortable, comprenant un four à micro-ondes, un lave-linge et un lave-vaisselle. Les fenêtres de la cuisine donnent sur la cour intérieure élégante du bâtiment.



La zone de vie lumineuse présente une grande table à manger, des meubles de qualité TV et de la vaisselle.



Des deux grands balcons, vous profiterez de vues imprenable sur l'église Saint-Jean. L'appartement dispose également d'une cour intérieure avec une table et des chaises ainsi qu'un bureau de travail.
