A lovely cottage in a lovely village

The ‘Old Barn’ provided ideal accommodation for my wife and I allowing us the ideal location to visit this beautiful area of Northumberland. The setting of Rose Cottages takes a lot to beat.

Rural location with just the right amount of local services within walking distance. Ideally situated for walkers access to the stunning Northumbrian coastline. Dog friendly and a wood burning stove.

Excellent old barn, very comfortable .

We have stayed in the Rose Cottages many times now and they are always extremely well equipped and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoy visiting all the nearby places. Our only issue was we couldn’t work the cooker !

A convenient location close to the village shop and pubs and an easy walk to our favourite part of the coast. The cottage had everything we needed and was comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Stunning beaches, great walks. The Hayloft had everything we needed as a couple on a short break ( couldn't find the convector heater on the first night, but had the log fire) with the gardens and hotel across the road if needed

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The cottage was really lovely for the 2 of us. It has everything you need and in such a perfect location.The management were very friendly and so accommodating. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed her stay too, we will most definitely be back!
