Villa Rousa in Loutra is a complex of 2 individual villas, attached side by side. The villas are situated close to the town of Rethymno and all its holiday attractions. This holiday rental can comfortably accommodate 13 adults. There are 6 bedrooms: 4 double, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. All the bedrooms have TVs, safes, air-conditioning, balconies, and en-suite bathrooms. There is 1 additional guest bathroom in each villa as well as washing machines and hairdryers.

The Rousa villas are tastefully laid out with their lounge areas furnished with comfortable seating, large flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and airy window treatments, giving an atmosphere of light and relaxation. The villas are also equipped with air-conditioning and free wi-fi. The dining areas are tastefully furnished, and the kitchens offer all the mod cons. Kitchen amenities include an oven and stove, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, toaster, microwave, a filter coffee machine, Nespresso, and blender.

Each of the luxury holiday villas has its own swimming pool and offers views over the garden and the sea. The Villa Rousa complex is surrounded by a garden with BBQ facilities and a playground. The villas also boast billiard facilities and a football table. There is private, on-site parking available for guests, as well as housekeeping services. Villa Rousa is located in Loutra, which is just 11km from the Rethymno city center. Rethymno is famous for its Venetian Harbor and the hilltop Fortezza—a star-shaped, 16th-century citadel. Rethymno is also home to the Historical and Folklore Museum that houses local crafts including textile and ceramic artifacts. The city is also served by the General Hospital of Rethymno. The nearest beach is 7km from the holiday villas, while popular local restaurants include Hovoli (200m), Ragismeno Tsoukali (1.1km), and Paprika (1.7km). There is also a pharmacy, bakery, petrol station, and public transport within walking distance of the villa complex. Chania Airport is 66.2km away and Heraklion Airport Terminal is 82.3km from Villa Rousa.

A car is necessary for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental, cars can be delivered at the property.

Sustainability

-The villa only uses water-efficient toilets e.g. low-flow toilets, dual flush toilets

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done every 3/4 days.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. Hot Tub/bathtub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

8. Fireplace: The fireplace is working with wood which will be provided.

9. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa

10. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants.
Cleaning is done by us, changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.

11. The lead guest (the oldest member of the group) must be at least 21 years old.

12. Please respect the quiet hours from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

13. For your information, the parents of the owner live under the villa. They have a separate private entrance and no space of the villa is shared with them. Anything you see in the photos are for your own exclusive use.
