Casa Metge Vidal is a unique and wonderful property located in the heart of the old town of Pollensa, within WALKING DISTANCE to the town centre and all of the amenities.
This incredibly spacious rustic townhouse offers a fabulous creative and stylish interior, characterised by many traditional features including wooden beams, archway opening, exposed stone walls and terracotta floors. With outstanding living space distributed comfortably over three floors, there is a very ample and airy feeling throughout.
The ground floor is made up of fantastic entertaining and family space with a large dining area, an open fire place, a living area, a well equipped kitchen and generally lots of areas to sit and relax.
Distributed over the first and second floor, are a total of 7 bedrooms all of which include an ensuite bathroom. All of the bedrooms offer air conditioning.
The second floor provides access to a beautiful roof terrace, a perfect sun trap, from which there are lovely views across the rooftops of Pollensa and to the historical Pollensa âBullringâ.
At the top of the house there is a very large studio room - perfect to host meetings or to use as a workroom, or as an exercise room.
The outdoor living is just as enchanting with a wonderfully private garden with dining area and a private swimming pool. There is also a courtyard off the kitchen which leads to a TV room/ den.
PARKING/ GARAGE â The property offers a garage with parking available for 1 car, a unique feature in such a location! The garage can also be used for Bike storage!
