Fabulous 2BR/2Bath townhouse in the leafy South Belfast suburb of Malone and next to Queens Uni area. It is located a stones throw from the famous bars and restaurants of the Lisburn Road, yet benefits from real ease of access to the renowned shopping and tourist attractions in and around the city centre. With a huge TV, fully electric reclining sofas, an American fridge/freezer and large comfortable beds, our amazing home truly is a memorable place to base yourself for your Belfast adventure.
SPACE
The house has everything you need and with two large bedrooms (one king and one super king) and two bathrooms, there is loads of space for your group to relax. Zone out in the living room area on one of the comfy reclining sofas and enjoy watching your programmes on our HUGE 72 INCH TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy at the beautiful dining table with views out to the leafy south Belfast suburbs, take a long hot bath in the main bathroom suite after a full day sightseeing, or relax on the crisp white sheets on the soft double beds. There is are also plenty of places to get work done if you need to and very fast internet! We provide lots of amenities to make you feel right at home.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
Our apartment is located in a great area of the city. It is in leafy Queens Quarter in south Belfast and so benefits from its close proximity to the many, many restaurants and bars which are just a short walk away on the Lisburn Road and Botanic Avenue. It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast or visit any of the city's attractions, you can jump on a quick bus, take a cheap taxi, or enjoy the meandering walk.
If you are coming from the south, we are easily accessible from the M1 so you don't have to worry about traffic.
We are located a beautiful 15 minute walk from Queens University and a 16 minute walk from the City Hospital.
Botanic Gardens is a stunning place for an early morning run or evening stroll and is only 0.5 miles away.
CONVENIENCE
For your convenience, entry is via smart lock located just beside the door so you can arrive at any time after 3pm (Don't worry if you get held up!), free parking is available right behind the apartment and there is a washing machine that is free to use in case you are in the middle of a longer trip and need to do a quick clothes wash.
RELAX
And also, rest easy â we conform to all Airbnb's cleaning protocols and our place is professionally cleaned and laundered after each stay.
FLEXIBLE
Finally, we want to be as accommodating as possible so although check in is after 3pm and check out is prior to 11am, if you do need leeway on this we will be happy to provide it if possible! Just ask us closer to the time :)

Parties are not allowed and no extra guests without approval. Please be aware that violation of these rules will be discovered and the guest will have their stay cancelled with immediate effect and without refund.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
