Wonderful location for University, museum, restaurants etc. and local bus transportation. Would suggest shelves or hanging hooks in both bathrooms and instructions on working the oven————- otherwise a marvellous spot to stay at a very reasonable price.

Our accommodations were exactly what we had hoped for. Comfortable, clean and spacious layout. Location was ideal. Many attractions , eateries and activities were workable. Public transportation was literally around the corner. Exceeded our expectations!

We basically slept and showered here. The host Robert was great to work with. The only complaint I have is the sink in the master bedroom didn’t drain. Our stay in Belfast was great!!!

Easy to find. Getting in was easy , suite bright and clean . Robert was very accessible answered any questions quickly. Walk down the block to catch city bus. Pub, restaurant and little stores at the end of the block . Catch the Hop On- Off bus 1 block over at Malone hotel. Great location . Great host

The flat was exactly as described. Check-in was straightforward and easy. A quiet neighborhood, with easy access to restaurants, shops and public transportation.

Wonderful space, big windows, felt safe and secure in the neighbourhood. All the amenities for using the kitchen were available. Huge fridge and freezer, 2 bedrooms, generous combined living and dining room, prompt and friendly messaging with host. Was a pleasure to stay here for two nights. I’d highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay. After travelling around in the UK and 4 of us staying in small rentals this was so spacious and felt like a home away from home. Plus it was in a beautiful area right near Queens University with lots of amenities close at hand. We would 100% stay there again. If you have the chance to visit Belfast, do it. Phenomenal city, wonderful people.

Robert was always quick to respond when I sent messages. It's an adorable apartment. One of the nicest and cleanest I've stayed at in Europe and I've stayed at many. Parking is a little hard to come by. Don't park on any of the double yellow lines, you'll get a ticket. Lovely place all in all.

Nice size apartment with high ceilings

This is a sweet apartment near the university. It has nice high ceilings. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. If you have a car, know that you only have street parking. It wasnt too bad to find parking, but spaces are tight. The road is two-way, but only one car can squeeze by at a time.

Highly recommend staying at this property

We were in Belfast visiting our daughter who was working with Northeast University at Queens University. Robert our property owner/manager was amazing and so pleasant to communicate with. The property is beautiful. Let’s put it this way, if I was moving to Belfast, I would contact Robert to see if I could rent or buy the property from him. Plenty of room, a bath tub which I’ve not experienced at any other stay I’ve had in the UK along with a washer and dryer which allowed us to bring less clothing. We ventured to the Giants Causeway, to several places in Belfast including the Christmas market and the City Center and even got down to Dublin by bus. The property made our stay a real comfort and helped us to feel safe and warm.
