The Old Workshop is a semi-detached barn conversion resting in Whixall near Wem, Shropshire, and can sleep six guests in two bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, a sitting area with a TV and an electric fire, along with a utility and a mezzanine snug with a sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a ground-floor twin with an en-suite shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with a patio, lawned area, gravelled area and furniture, as well as allocated parking. Within 4.6 miles, you will find a shop, within 2.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
