The space
The studio is 35 m2 and is located on the top floor of the building.
It is completely renovated, has a fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, etc.
Comfortable 150x190cm double bed with luxury viscoelastic mattress and pillows, and 2 extra standard pillows for a good rest.
Bathroom with bath and electric thermo 50l (It´s only allowed have a shower, not a bath).
43 ”4K led TV with Smart TV.
High speed 300mb fiber wifi.
Hot / cold air conditioning.

The studio has a privileged location, in the heart of Torremolinos, next to the leisure area, bars and restaurants, so it is not necessary a car to move.
The beach is around 10 min walking.
The suburban train and bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away.
To park a car there is a free parking area in the surroundings, although being a downtown area it is difficult to find a free space.
There is a private parking in Plaza Andalucía, just 1 minute walk away
Other things to note
WATER RESTRICTIONS:
Due to the extreme drought situation in Andalusia, a series of measures have been decreed that may include the limitation or interruption of the water supply. For this reason, without prior notice, there may be a lack of pressure that prevents the operation of boilers and pumps, time limitations, supply cuts, limitations on the use of water per person and the closure of swimming pools. Affecting both cold and hot water, as well as water intended for washing dishes and showers, among others.
It is important that you take this information into consideration when formalizing your reservation, since the water supply is an external factor, and we must abide by any restrictions. No refund will be made in respect of any impact due to supply restrictions.

It's necessary that you inform us about your time of arrival some days before the check-in.

There is possibility of a late check-in after 9:00 p.m., but it is subject to availability and upon request, before confirming the reservation.

This has a supplement of:
- € 20, if check-in is from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- € 40, if check-in is after 11pm.

There is also the option of making a late check-out, after 11.00 am. It is subject to availability, and the supplement depends on the season, so you must consult in advance.

-Other people are not allowed to enter during the stay.
- It is necessary to throw garbage in the containers outside the building when leaving the studio.
- Identification of all guests (NIF, NIE, Passport) is required at the time of check-in, according to Andalusian Tourism regulations, and the signing of a passenger entry document.
- Responsible use of electricity, especially air conditioning and heating. Do not leave it on while you are away from the studio.
-Do not move furniture around.
-Stains that cannot be removed on any type of textile, including the bed board, will be treated as damage, and compensation will be charged for laundry costs, deducted from the guarantee deposit.
- Don't cut anything on the kitchen counter. You should use the cutting board if you cut bread or other foods.
- Bicycles and skateboards are not allowed
-Please take care of the studio. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.
