Set over one floor with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms the villa accommodates 6 guests. Inside there is a lovely mix of carefully selected rustic and contemporary furnishings, as well as many unique, handmade fixtures and fittings. The tastefully fitted kitchen is well equipped and benefits from exposed beamed ceilings, stone tiled floors and direct access out to the covered terrace, it also has a pretty wooden breakfast table and chairs. The dining room, again with beamed ceilings has a large wooden table and a typical Mallorcan chandelier, an archway with columns leads to the bright, sunny lounge featuring a huge picture window that beautifully frames the wonderful views. There is a double bedroom with traditional stone tiled floors with an en-suite bathroom and two further twin bedrooms that share a large family bathroom plus an additional guest toilet. Large glass doors lead out from the lounge to the fabulous, wrap-around covered terrace, furnished with a wicker table and chairs for relaxation, and a large table and chairs for outdoor dining. The private swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and features a waterfall effect for further enjoyment. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
