Rez-de-chaussée, condo 2BR / 2BA entiÚrement équipé avec patio, A / C, WIFI gratuit et piscine chauffée et bain à remous communautaire (été / hiver). Vous ne trouverez pas de condo plus propre ou plus silencieux!

Étape de la cour sur la rue principale historique pittoresque de la vieille ville et les meilleurs restaurants, galeries, boutiques et divertissements. La remontĂ©e mĂ©canique est Ă  1 BLOC!

3 télévisions par cùble à écran plat et DVD dans toutes les chambres.

La chambre principale a un lit KING-SIZE et une salle de bain privée avec baignoire et douche.

DeuxiĂšme BR a deux lits jumeaux (peut ĂȘtre converti en roi trĂšs confortable) avec sa propre salle de bain complĂšte juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de la porte.

Détendez-vous dans le salon avec un mobilier confortable pour 6 personnes, une cheminée (bûches disponibles pour une somme modique) et un grand écran plat avec cùble et DVD. Le canapé se transforme en lit QUEEN-SIZE.

Profitez des repas et du jeu dans la salle Ă  manger.

La CUISINE a tous les appareils, est trÚs bien équipée et stockée avec tous les éléments essentiels.

Le grand HOT TUB et la PISCINE (été / hiver) sont dans la cour et le HOT TUB et SAUNA intérieur (tous deux en hiver) avec vestiaires et douches se trouvent dans le bùtiment adjacent.

Laveuses et sécheuses (quart d'opération) situées à quelques secondes de votre bùtiment. Panier à linge, savon et ascenseur fournis pour votre commodité.

SHUTTLE gratuit s'arrĂȘte dans notre hall toutes les 7-10 minutes pour Deer Valley (15 minutes) et l'Ă©picerie (10 minutes). Garage et parking gratuit PARKING.

Very nicely appointed, comfortable apartment walkable to town. Kitchen had everything you can imagine. Host was very responsive both before our trip (flights were being cancelled during the shutdown) as well as after we arrived.

Absolutely perfect location to begin our week in PC, Utah! So easy to get to, with great directions/parking/check in instructions provided by the owners. And, it is (maybe) 100 yds from the Town Lift-where we rented our equipment and accessed the mountain. Other than a little noise from the elevator, the unit and outdoor spa (hot tub) were great.

Adult family week in park city

The property was so much better than we expected! First - it is amazingly easy to get to the lift in town and get right on the mountain. Walking distance to great restaurants - did not have to get back in the car. Hot tub on the property. The condo itself was LOVELY and immaculate with things you want but don’t think to ask for - exercise mat and foam rollers for those aching muscles. Tuck was amazingly responsive - no confusion about door codes, hot tub etc. just smooth sailing. Comfortable beds and a lovely shared space. Just great. We will be back.

One of the Best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in!

Our family of four went to Park city for Thanksgiving week. I was told that this is a quiet week and we really liked that. We ate at some amazing restaurants and never had reservations. There was plenty for us to do-ice-skating, rode the mountain coaster, shopped on Main Street, spent a day at the outlets and even got snow our last night. We did Thanksgiving dinner out and there were several places open. The condo itself was clean, well stocked and newly remodeled. The building was clean, quiet, and very safe. Everything used a keypad code which was convenient. The location is fantastic, walkable to Main Street. My girls loved that they each had their own bed and own bathroom. The condo came with great family games and a nice set of books-like there was something for everyone. I used the on-site laundry facility, which was very convenient and had no issues. It is up a few floors, but the condo is right next to the elevator. It was $3/wash and $2/dry. The only thing I will mention if it helps someone else, is we used the condos hot tub, and loved that we were the only one in there, but it ruined the girls swimsuits-bleached out the color. Even after taking showers, we had the smell of chlorine on our skin, so it was very strong. That is no fault of the owners but maybe bring old swimsuit's and plan on throwing away. This is a well-managed VRBO, it feels like home, and there was nothing that we needed.

Incredible Park City stay!

Everything was perfect - location, cleanliness, communication with the owner, very nice updated property, amenities in the unit (brought in a pack n play for us), games for us and the kids to play, convenience to downtown restaurants and shopping, and so much more. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Great place, great location

We loved this condo! The decor was really nice, the beds were comfortable, they had it stocked with everything we needed and more. Communication with the owner was quick and easy - they were really responsive. The location is amazing. And easy walk to main street Park City and an easy short drive to Deer Valley. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Amazing location, super close to the town lift and base of Park City Mountain. Easy to go to dinner at restaurants on Main Street. Clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Communication with hosts easy. Parking included. Will definitely return!

Xmas vacation for family of 4

The condo was exactly as advertised. Very cute. So close to the town lift and downtown park city. Our boys walked to the lift every day. And I was able to cook a full Christmas dinner in the kitchen! Highly recommend!!

Fabulous condo, close to everything! One of the best places I have rented.

This condominium was so nice! It was recently renovated and very clean. It had plenty of dishes, glassware, and cookware unlike many other rentals. The location was ideal, on the first floor and just a short walk to the town lift and the town shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a nice bonus as it was actually three hot tubs attached, so that our group could have our own privacy. I will defintely rent this again if I go back to Park City,

Perfect slope-side condo for skiing and snowboarding!

I stayed in this condo, along with my mom and my aunt, during a ski/snowboard trip in Park City. The condo is about one short block from main street and about two short blocks to the town lift. We were easily able to walk to main street to pick up our ski gear and were very pleased with out proximity to the town lift. The condo is updated, modern, and looks exactly like the pictures. I would definitely recommend this place for a ski vacation!

Great spot

The place was clean, had a nice layout, and half a block to the Town Lift. It was so close I was able to switch boards in the afternoon. There is both a Keurig and a drop coffee maker. The couch was not bad to sleep on... no bar in the middle of your back! Coincidentally I was greeted by the host when I arrived.

Great Location. Exceeded Expectations

Our family of 5 took a trip to Park City for fall break and this unit was perfect for our family. We could walk to everything and the unit is exactly what you see in the online photos. Great space. Very clean!

Comfortable and convenient

We found the condo to be very comfortable for our ski trip. Spacious rooms and very convenient to downtown and a short walk to Town lift or a short drive to the Park City base main lot. The kitchen appliances have been updated, but are now larger than the existing counter. This means that opening drawers and appliances need to be coordinated. The host was very responsive to a minor plumbing issue and it was taken care of promptly. Note that the parking is on a lot, not in a garage.
