The vast property features a surface of spectacular 2500 m2. Villa extends on 2 floors and has a surface of 650 m2.
Luxury Villa Silence has a very attractive exterior. The outdoor swimming pool has a surface of 50 m2 and can be heated. This is a great option for the guests coming in spring or autumn. On beach chairs, you can spend your lazy days by the pool. An outdoor shower is also at the property, for extra refreshment. Sun umbrellas will be ideal if you wish to hide from the hot sun.
The interior of Luxury Villa Silence is warm due to the many wooden details. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and a dining table for 10 persons. A living room is very stylish and features a flat TV, cozy sofas, and even has a spring for the movable ladder. It exits onto the alfresco dining area with a grill next to it.
2 bedrooms with king-size beds and an en-suite bathroom are located on the ground floor and both exit to a terrace. 3 bedrooms are placed on the upper floor and feature and offer a relaxing park view. Through the roof windows, the sun rays can wake you up gently.
There are 5 bathrooms and 1 toilet at the villa. Every bathroom is luxuriously equipped and has a shower. 3 of them also have a bathtub.
Around the villa, there are several seating areas so you can enjoy the silence of this picturesque village. Your children can joyfully play in the protected garden.
There is a gym with a lovely view of the garden and the pool. For those who prefer bicycles, there are 3 at disposal. After a whole day, you can relax in the sauna.
We recommend visiting Sibenik town, the town of fortresses. Krka National Park is located 20 km from the property. Kornati National Park is the second nearest to the villa. Primosten has the most beautiful beaches.
