We had a great stay overall, and it’s a beautiful property in a fantastic location. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. When we arrived, the cabin wasn’t stocked very well. There were no trash bags or extra toilet paper, but after we reached out, the host brought us more toilet paper the next day, which we appreciated. One thing to keep in mind is that this is a shared-wall property. Unit 2 was vacant for the first couple of days, but once guests arrived, the noise level increased quite a bit. We were traveling with our baby, and the noise through the wall woke her up several times. The shared wall is disclosed in the listing, but it’s worth considering if you’re looking for a quieter stay. The other downside was the shared dock. This wasn’t the owner’s fault, but another cabin that shares the dock kept their boat and water toys tied up there for essentially our entire stay and spent most of the day on the dock, so we never really had the chance to use it. Since dock access was one of the reasons we booked, that was disappointing.Overall, it’s a beautiful property, and we genuinely had a great stay. We would recommend it to others, especially those who don’t mind the possibility of shared-wall noise and understand that access to the shared dock may depend on the consideration of other guests.
