We loved our second time visiting the Helaina and the wonderful view from our room. We can’t say enough about the scrumptious breakfast and friendly atmosphere. A convenient spot for anyone visiting the north beach area. We will definitely be back in the future.

We have visited the Helaina a few times now and despite looking for new areas to visit we always decide against it and rebook here because everytime we have been we have had faultless service and been warmly welcomed , the b and b and the apartments are finished to a high standard and always spotlessly clean we always recommend to anyone and everyone and the breakfast is just perfect

Staying at The Helaina gives a home-from-home feeling - this was our 4th year.

Always a cheerful welcome on arrival. Lovely property in a great location. Exceptionally clean throughout with very comfy bed. Excellent breakfast. The Helaina is one of Scarborough’s gems. Already booked for next year.

Just what I wanted!

Smart, clean, well appointed room; great lounge space downstairs. Everything was professionally done and not skimped, from the quality of the towels and flannels to the comfort of the bed. Perfect location too, with north bay and south bay both accessible
