Holiday house with big roof terrace pool and sea view

Our house is situated in Quinta dos Crastos near the fishing port of Armação de Pêra in the central Algarve.
The house is a two bedroomed villa on a quiet residential complex. There is a private garden and a communal pool which has extensive grounds, sun loungers and a children’s play area.
Within the house there are two bedrooms, a large living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a very large private roof terrace with a built in barbecue and stunning views to the sea.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a private balcony with views over the garden and the pool. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be opened into double beds providing maximum flexibility for sleeping spaces. There is a double sofa bed in the living room providing additional options for sleeping. There is air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
The house is a 10 minute walk from the nearest beach at Praia de Nossa Senhora da Rocha and within easy reach of many other stunning beaches and coves. Within a 30 minute radius of the house there are three major waterparks; Aqualand, Zoomarine, & Slide and Splash. There are also numerous ocean activities, several large shopping complexes including Algarve Shopping and MAR Loulé, and we are just a few minutes away from the famous Porches Pottery.
