Welcome to this spacious and luxurious apartment on the 3th floor that is uniquely located in the shopping street of Knokke. The commercial center of Knokke and especially the beach is at walking distance. A well equipped kitchen, charming dining and living room with large windows are all yours. With it's 3 large bedrooms and three bathrooms, a balcony on the back, providing comfortable sleeping for up to 6 people, it is ideal for families or couples. Ready to visit Knokke-Heist in style?

The Space:
The apartment is located in the heart of Knokke at the Lippenslaan. You can really call this a unique place to stay. Total privacy! The interior is decorated with love and care, has all comfort you need and has everything you need to make your stay perfect.

The living-room and kitchen is located on the third floor with lot's of light thanks to wide space. Three bedrooms have a kingsize double bed with their own connecting bathroom. It’s fully decorated, so rest assured, everything is in a mint condition and all comfort is present! We offer you a fantastic bedroom so you will dream like an angel, fast Wifi to look up everything you need, a flat screen with enough channels and three modern bathroom. There is one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your own food or drinks, a spacious dining area with large table for 6! Ideal for a family with children, friends or couples.

The Neighborhood:
Between the old village of Knokke, Heist aan Zee and Duinbergen and the beaches of the North Sea, you can stay in our seaside town in an oasis of tranquility, close to numerous luxurious boutiques, culinary establishments and beautiful cycling and walking routes. Knokke-Heist is one of the most famous seaside resorts in Belgium. It is located on the border with the Netherlands. The sea forms the northern border and to the east lies the Zwin Provincial Nature Park as a buffer with the coast of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen (Netherlands) and only a few kilometers away from the Cadzand, Sluis and Retranchement just across the border. Damme is located on the south side of Knokke-Heist and the seaport of Bruges is located to the west.

The beach in Knokke-Heist is very famous for it’s exclusive and trendy beach-bars that allow you to enjoy a drink, snack, the sun and the ambiance of course.

Knokke-Heist has always exerted a special attraction on artists, architects, sculptors and painters. Knokke-Heist invests in art and is at home in all markets. For example, you can view top international works at more than 50 galleries.

The nature reserve "t Zwin" is one of the eye-catchers that you want to see during your stay and is an interactive nature experience park for the whole family.

The price as determined when booking your stay includes the use of the accommodation and the furniture and household effects present, as well as consumption (water, heating, electricity, telecommunications and other facilities) and cleaning after check-out. The Accommodation is fully furnished, whereby 90% of the price refers to the property and 10% to the furniture. You can optionally purchase certain products and services from Huswell, which Huswell provides in its own name and on its own account.

LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED BY THE OWNER:
The owner of this accommodation does not provide bed and bath linen as part of the reservation total upon confirmation. High-quality bed and bath linen can be optionally ordered via Huswell after confirmation of your reservation.

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few kitchen essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, and one garbage bag. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available.

HYGIENE ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets.

CLEANING:
The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues.

INSPECTIONS:
The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out.

MAINTENANCE:
The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. The owner and Huswell will do their best to solve any issue as soon as possible.

Wir (6 Erwachsene) hatten ein super schönes Wochenende! Das Appartement ist gut gelegen, wir waren schnell zu Fuß am Strand und es ist nicht weit bis Brügge.
