Security deposit € 1500.00.
The security deposit, covering any damages, will be retained by the agency. The house manager will carefully inspect the property upon check-out and immediately inform the tenant and/or his/her agency of any existing damages, sending evidence (photos) via e-mail. Within the next few days and no later than one week after check-out, full documentation on the extent and amount of damages/charges will be sent, accompanied by a formal invoice. We prefer not to ask for cash as a security deposit, as this would affect the availability of cash to spend on site.
Rental periods and expected arrival/departure times
The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. During Christmas and Easter, arrival and departure dates can be flexible with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Guests must arrive after 4 pm and departure by 10 am. Different times must be arranged with the property.

Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, full range of media devices, pool heated by dedicated boilers.

Check-in attendant in fluent English who welcomes guests and shows them around the house.
