holiday home is introduced by a large lush garden with pine forest,
trees and flowerbeds, that is partly paved. The exclusive garden allows
you to park the cars. Under the lovely porch with dining area you can
eat lunch or dinner.
Villetta Soffio di Mare opens into a large living room with tv, air conditioning and double sofa bed.
A spacious and well-equipped kitchen with dining area, leads to the
small storage room and a half bath with toilet, washbasin and washing
machine.
A corridor with air conditioning divides the living room from the sleeping area that consists of 3 bedrooms, of which 2 are double and the other is a twin bedroom, and a full bathroom.

and the main town services. San Foca is one of the most lively seaside
locations near Meledugno, awarded for their accessible beaches, the
services, the crystal-clear sea and the clean sand. San Foca is near
other famous tourist destinations in Salento, such as Torre dell`Orso,
Roca and Torre Sant`Andrea.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioner in the kitchen and in the hallway.
- One bathroom is for service only.
