Un rez-de-chaussĂ©e joliment dĂ©corĂ© de 2 chambres, unitĂ© de fin vous attend pour en profiter! L'unitĂ© est pleine de lumiĂšre naturelle avec trois cĂŽtĂ©s ayant de grandes fenĂȘtres ou portes françaises. Garez-vous Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du bĂątiment et entrez directement dans l'unitĂ© 101; aucun escalier ni ascenseur nĂ©cessaire. Cette unitĂ© est parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Il peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement avec 2 chambres doubles et des lits superposĂ©s intĂ©grĂ©s. Il est spacieux avec de la place pour s'Ă©taler avec de doubles portes-fenĂȘtres qui s'ouvrent sur un espace vert pour que les enfants puissent jouer juste au-delĂ  du patio couvert. Vous pouvez vous diriger directement vers la plage avec 3 accĂšs Ă  la plage privĂ©e directement de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue ou Ă  quelques pas de la piscine chauffĂ©e et du spa. De plus, vous auriez accĂšs Ă  toutes les commoditĂ©s de Gulf Place; y compris 2 piscines supplĂ©mentaires, tennis, jeu de palets, sentiers pĂ©destres, espaces verts pour jouer / pique-nique / ou profiter des Ă©vĂ©nements locaux et des concerts. This is our second year staying in this condo and it always meets our expectations! We love it! Everything from the kitchen, bathroom, and beach accessories is available to use to make your stay even more easy! There is great communication with the host. The private entrance to the beach is literally minutes away.

Stay was awesome! Great location! The amenities are super close like in your back yard!! Loved it! Everything you need for the beach is provided except ice chest! I would 100 precent stay at Devlin's place again!

Loved it!

We absolutely loved the condo! They had beach chairs and umbrellas there for us to use and that was a huge help! We have stayed at Gulf Caribbean for four years and this was my favorite condo by far! The rooms were decorated adorable and it was clean! We will definitely be back!

This place felt so much like home. Devlin was an amazing host. Beds are extremely comfy! I always worry because i have back issues! Great location plenty of restaurants and shops no need to drive! Beach is a short walk and doesn’t disappoint! Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Location!

Only fault was the ability to hear upstairs occupants footsteps but other than that it was perfect! Best location ever! We will stay again for sure. The owners are so welcoming and nice. Very accommodating and the condo is so cute! I recommend this place to those who want to walk to everything instead of driving in Destin traffic!

Great condo in perfect location

We come to Santa Rosa Beach every spring break. We chose this condo due to its location being steps to the beach, restaurants and heated pools. There was plenty of space for our family of 5, and everything we needed was supplied! The condo is located on the bottom floor which makes it easy for coming and going. We had a couple of issues during our stay but the owner was just a text away, ready to help. It is a beautiful clean condo, with great owners, and in the perfect location. Would recommend!

Loved this condo!

This condo was very comfortable and convenient! It was a 2 1/2 minute walk from the porch to my umbrella. The grounds are very well maintained. It is walking distance to several fun restaurants. Inside is just what we needed. Spacious and well equipped! It is also very clean! Devlin is easy to deal with and he was available quickly to answer questions. We hope to return next summer!

Great place to stay in Santa Rosa Beach!

The Sand-Bar Condo at Gulf Place Caribbean was the best! The Property Owners are so nice and easy to work with. They respond very quickly to all requests which is great when you are trying to find your vacation spot. The decor is so nice and comfortable and all updated. We have been staying at Gulf Place most every year for 20+ years and this condo was the best!. So many nice "homey" extras from beach chairs, beach towels, and toys to kitchen or bath needs that you may have forgotten. It was also nice to just walk out of your door and into your car or onto the sidewalk with no stairs or elevators to have to battle. We will definitely keep this Unit info handy for our next visit to the area.

Roomy and Convenient!

We are a family of four with kids ages 7 & 4. This was our third time vacationing in the 30A area but our first time staying in this condo. We absolutely loved it and would recommend it to anyone looking for easy beach and pool access, especially if you have small children. The unit is a ground, corner unit which easily sleeps 6. The interior decor maintained the "coastal" feel without being cheesy. The kitchen allowed for a comfortable cooking experience and both bedrooms were cozy. Our favorite feature however was the location. Some units provide convenience to the pool or beach or shops. This unit was convenient to all three! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice and close to the beach, enjoyed the tennis courts, and the pool. Devlin was very responsive when I had questions. The condo was perfectly sized for our family of four and the kitchen had all needed tools for cooking in. We would definitely rent again!

The property had a great location. Loved the main floor. Although there was minimal upstairs noise, it was not an issue (and I am sensitive to noise). Being right next to the pool and beach access made carrying things back and forth so simple. Unit had everything we needed from kitchen gear to beach gear.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This ground floor end unit is unique and incredibly convenient!! Unlike upper floor units, you don't have to use stairs or an elevator to access the unit, carrying in your bags, groceries, beach toys, etc. The parking spaces are just a few steps to the door. You don't have to grill and carry your food upstairs or via an elevator to your kitchen! We are 20 feet from the grills, so you can just walk right in and serve! We are also the closest unit to the private beach access! You only need to walk across the street to get to the beach entrance, and another 100 yards to the water! Super easy to carry chairs, coolers, or to run back if you forgot something or need a restroom. Also, being an end unit, you get 3 sides with windows, as compared to inner units with only front and rear windows in the unit. The pool entrance is also super close - literally 3 units down to the pool entrance, so kids can walk right down the private sidewalk along the front of the building to get to the ONLY heated pool in Gulf Place. This unit is also completely upgraded, nicely furnished, clean, and TV's in every bedroom and in the living room. Entertainment includes a Wii system and games, NetFlix and CATV included, BluRay player, books, puzzles and board games provided. The door has a keypad with a six-digit code you can use for entry for your entire stay. No keys to worry about!
