Thanks so much Doreen for your review and for the time that you have and for the time you have dedicated to us. as for the wi fi that is present in the apartment (I write it for the reader of the review) we are making positive changes already this fall. thanks so much again.

We expected Hinz review because, having withheld the security deposit for having damaged an umbrella and a chair, he did not agree. Hinz complains that he had not yet crossed the Brenner, that we had already contacted Customer Care. We remind you that this is what allows the contract to be signed by the two parties. Clearly explained by Homeaway. No one has questioned the good faith of Hinz, as instead Hinz complained in the messages he sent us. The status of the furniture was photographed, as were the objects damaged and sent to the dedicated legal department. We want to remind you that the legal department listens to both parties, collects the data and then determines what to do. For this reason ther 's a Legal Department to decide how to resolve the issues and for this there's a security that Hinz has agreed to sign by signing the lease. We can understand that it bothers but both us as advertisers and Homeaway is very clear about the merit. We conclude by saying and everyone can verify this, which is the first time that we are holding a deposit. So it seems clear to us why Hinz complains of "too lush" vegetation, which for that matter is not part of our property, indeed from the pool garden, downhill, opens a valley from which it is possible to see the sea and from the terrace fiery sunset. Regarding the use of wi fi also in this case, Hinz is taken by the "displeasure", as in our advertise the use is well specified and the instructions are specified inside the house. We believe in holidays, in relaxation and that everyone has to manage his digital time. We provide credit for messages and emails, for downloading movies and music, we give space to the decision-making power of guests and parents. After all, to socialize, there is the swimming pool, which Mr. Hinz rightly said is the only shared space, with quality guests, because our property has always been rented by correct and well-behaved families / couples who know how to appreciate life, the countryside and good living. Finally, Hinz speaks of "dogs", we are among the hills that decline on one of the most beautiful coasts of the Etruscan Coast, they're wild and very silent hills, if a dog barks at a wild animal in the neighboring houses , the hills act as a sounding board. I conclude by also saying that . Hinz has been able to take advantage of a stay at a affordable price, as we usual do. Without rancor we thank him for giving us the opportunity to the Tuscany's and our proprty's beauty.

Thank you so much Kornelia for taking the time to write this review. Some clarifications are necessary for those who will read the review. First of all, I think something has been lost in my translation about your arrival…. I waited for you until late, even if the check in time is set for 2.00 pm and you, if I remember correctly, arrived around 20.00 p.m. I think this is understandable: the first time in a new place and summer traffic. As for the wi fi, I believe that the mode of operation is well specified in my adv: there is an initial credit and then each guest is given the tools to manage it as he sees fit. In any case, for next summer we will be making improvements to its operation and use. Finally, I want to point out that seaside towns with the most "bustling" nightlife" can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, as well as sandy and rocky beaches. Not to mention cities of historical and artistic importance: the nearest ones are Volterra and Pisa (1 h.). I am convinced that in doubt, every traveler can consult me via message to get precise directions, as you rightly did for your tour to Florence. The last clarification concerns the definition of kennels, it is not a kennel, they are hunting dogs, obviously not owned by us. It may happen that sometimes at night they bark because we're in a country location and there may be wild boars around the hills. Also for this reason, already in the month of August we have implemented improvements in agreement with the owner of the dogs. Thank you again Kornelia for giving me the opportunity to clarify all that is important to me and thanks so much for choosing us.

Grazie mille per la bella recensione e soprattutto per essere tornati nela nostra casa per le vostre vacanze. Cari saluti!

Thanks so much for choosing us, for the positive and truthful review and for the time you have dedicated to us. We hope to be able to accommodate you again. Alessia & Tito.

First of all, thank you for your time in writing this review. Regarding the state of the apartment: upon delivery of the keys it was delivered with the rooms tidy and clean; you refer to the doors of the garden that is irrigated every other day at night and dust and water can dirty the outside. Regarding the water dripping from the ceiling of the bathroom: on the fireplace inside the living room there is a sheet called "House's Rules" where it is specifically asked to contact the owners in cases like these. We became aware of the loss of water only after the apartment was vacated, in the period in which you stayed there we were not warned and otherwise we could have resolved. Finally, as regards the panoramic terrace: the view is marvelous, sumptuous, offers amazing sunsets, even at night has a special charm and allows you to spot the illuminated ships in the sea, the lighthouse, not counting the full moon nights in which the sea acquires a golden shade. Moreover, to make the idea of the spectacular view in the clearest days, Corsica is sighted and a part of Tuscan Islands. The Belgian center of Chemistry ( 20 km from air line by the house) is a double-edged sword: none of us is favorable but gives life to an entire community and no one has found yet a soluytion, we're open to a discussion. Just 20 minutes by car there are places with clear water like Castingliocello on the Livorno coast and from San Vincenzo onwards beaches of white sand and transparent water. Finally, Castellina is a small town on a pristine and peaceful hill, far from everything and fully immersed in rural life and with your review I take this opportunity to reiterate a concept that is repeated to each guest: in case of problems, breakdowns etc. etc. there are all the numbers and email addresses to contact the owners and explain. Yours sincerely.

Thanks so much for your review, for the time you have dedicated and for choosing our home for your holidays. very kind regards, Alessia.
