The house is located on a hill and overlooks the countryside toward the sea. It is 200 meters away from the sea as the crow flies. The sandy beach on the western side of Platja Migjorn begins right here, offering visitors plenty of peace and quiet to relax, far from any hustle and bustle.

Another 300 meters east of the beach is the first beach bar, the Pelayo. Just a few minutes away are the restaurants Sol y Luna, Sa Platgeta, and Kiosko 62.

300 meters north of the house is a grocery store, a sports complex with a tennis court, and other restaurants such as Ses Eufabietes and the legendary Casbah restaurant. About 100 meters west of the house is the 4-star Hotel Paraíso de los Pinos, with its excellent restaurant.

The house features a large living room with an open kitchen. The living room leads to a small TV room with satellite TV and to the two ground-floor bedrooms, as well as to the large bathroom, which has just been completely renovated. One of the ground-floor bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower.

The two ground-floor bedrooms have windows facing in two different directions.

The third bedroom is located on the first floor of the tower, from which you can access the house’s large sun terrace. From here, you have an unobstructed view of the island.

Each room has its own air conditioning unit. Depending on the season, each bedroom, as well as the living room, can be individually cooled or heated as needed.

In front of the living room is a covered terrace overlooking the sea. At the back of this terrace is an additional outdoor dining area shaded by trees.
