But also for couples, professionals and for everyone else who want to combine a luxurious stay with direct access to the center of city and to the sea at once, as it is only 50 meters away from! All are naturally approachable in walking distance, beaches Grimbovo & Psani, the port, market, banks, restaurants, coffee places etc.
As for the interior architecture of the building it is a charming and spacious groundfloor apartment of 85 sq.m with one “two-room” bedroom, two bathrooms and a cosy living room facing to the interior yard. This luxurious apartment provide accommodation for up to six people.
The apartment is an absolute contemporary home, renovated with today’s highest standards of house construction. There is a large master bedroom with a king size bed and a big sofa witch can turn into two single beds, a large walk-in closet and a smart 65” TV, two lighted ceiling fans and an 18000 btu air condition
Also there are 2 bathrooms, a bathroom with a shower tray and a big square water ejector and a WC with a laundry room.
In the living room there is a double sofa witch can turn also into a double bed, a sofa chair and another 65” smart TV, an open spaced kitchen, fully equipped with branded built-in electrical devices, an island table, all in the same open space facing to the interior yard, witch is landscaped with a Spa Bubble Massage jacuzzi for 4 people, a large sun umbrella, an outdoor grill- barbeque with gas and finally a comfy table for six.
The combination of grey gradated tones at walls, the japanese styling accomplished with elements of zen culture everywhere, allows a sensation of relaxing feeling.
