Suited our needs exactly. Quiet, bright & a bit unusual with the spiral staircase. Top floor access via wooden steps & decking with tables & chairs. Nice open views across the sports pitch. Good well equipped kitchen. Firm mattress which suited me. Diana & Thijs were very welcoming & friendly. Highly recommend this fairly priced accommodation.

We stayed at Buzzard’s Rest for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time here. It was lovely to have a washing machine, a full sized kitchen and parking after travelling for several weeks!The location is easy to find, peaceful and the view from upstairs is wonderful! Even though there are quite a few stairs to the entrance it’s possible to bring your bags straight into the bedroom which is downstairs- much easier to manage.Diana was very friendly and helpful and had thought of everything to make our stay memorable!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation was very clean, well presented and fully equipped for our needs. Ample parking and reliable communication with Diana made checking smooth and efficient. The location was perfect, with easy access to Falmouth town centre whilst being situated in a central, but quiet part of Falmouth. We hope to stay again!

Absolutely fantastic apartment, clean and tidy and stocked with everything you need for a home from home stay. Lovely quiet location but still close to town, great views from the balcony. Perfect hosts, who greeted us on arrival and were always happy to assist or offer recommendations for trips out. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great property and very helpful owners. Parking, which is fantastic in Falmouth. An easy walk from the centre. Very quiet neighbourhood and we got to watch a bit of rugby training!

We had a wonderful stay in Falmouth, greatly helped by Dianna and Thijs. They gave us lots of info and guidance which made it very easy to enjoy our break. The accommodation was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. They even had things like tea,coffee and milk ready for us. I can honestly say the stay was well worth the long drive down. A lovely find in Falmouth for a four night stay. Accommodation was clean with everything we needed and as described in the details and photos. Our hosts couldn’t do enough for us and were very welcoming. The gift package found on our arrival was also a lovely touch and much appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great hosts who were there if you needed anything. Very helpful with suggestions on places to.Such a lovely home that has great views and central to local beaches and town centre. We were able to park up for the whole stay and walk.

Great place to stay! 30 min walk to sea front in Falmouth. Buzzard's Rest has off-street parking. Very easy to book and very sensibly priced. Very comfortable and clean accommodation ideally suited to 1or 2 people. Well-equipped kitchen and very friendly and helpful hosts. Falmouth is a lovely place with a great deal to do & see and with other interesting places to see nearby. Thoroughly recommend it without any hesitation whatsoever! We will return!

We had a lovely time during our stay at Buzzard's Rest. Very peaceful, very clean, an extremely comfortable bed, wonderful hosts, ample parking space and a lovely balcony where you can chill out with a drink and listen to the birds singing.
