The space has 5 bedrooms, 3 Spacious reception rooms, 2 bathrooms with cast iron roll top bath and separate shower, solid oak flooring, underfloor heating, wood burner, conservatory, terrace, garden, private driveway parking for two cars, other free parking options are close by. The lower ground contains an adjoining guest suite with en-suite bathroom and TV room.

Room 1 has a king sized bed, room 2 a double bed, room 3 has a double and comfortable camp bed, room 4 is a double and comfortable camp bed room 5 is a super king size bed.

Bring your bike and ride or take a leisurely riverside walk into the town centre for shops, bars and cafes. Alternatively, sail down the river and stop off where you will. This location is also just a short journey to local beaches and attractions.
