This contemporary villa has superb sea views from inside on both levels and from your private pool. The resort's picturesque rocky cove and small sandy beach at Cala Picas are both within a short walk from the villa, with the larger beach at Calan Blanes being only 15 minutes' away. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, plus WiFi are included.

The island's old capital town of Ciutadella is nearby and well worth seeing, easily reached by car as well as local bus if you prefer not to drive.
