Beautiful villa with garden and private pool 100 meters from the beach.. The property is distributed over 2 floors and is located in the urbanization of Sa Caleta in the municipality of Ciutadella de Menorca.

It is an ideal home for families with children who wish to enjoy a pleasant holiday on the island and at the same time spend a pleasant and relaxing stay in our villa.

The ground floor has:

* A complete kitchen equipped with: Dishwasher, oven, microwave,
3 types of coffee maker, juicer, toaster, kettle, blender,
all kinds of kitchenware for cooking and serving the table...

* One bedroom equipped with two single beds.
* Laundry room with toilet
* From a living / dining room with direct access to a large terrace, from the
where you can enjoy relaxing meals overlooking the pool.

The 1st floor has:
* 2 bedrooms with double bed and fitted wardrobes, one of them with a full bathroom with bathtub
* 1 bedroom with two single beds and other full bathroom.
* 1 full bathrooms

* It is a private and individual villa with a separate entrance.

* The exterior is fully equipped with: Sun loungers, grill for
grilled meats , big table, chairs,
pool, outdoor shower and private parking.

* We provide bed linen and shower towels, but not
we provide towels for the beach or pool.

• The house has Wi-Fi Internet and fans in all rooms.

• In each of the bathrooms there is a hair dryer.

• Also in the laundry area you will find an iron and ironing board.

• We offer a pool cleaning service twice a week.

• The house also has private parking

Upon arrival at the house you will find an explanatory brochure on leisure, activities, gastronomy, sports, and must-see places on our beautiful island of Menorca, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

We have stayed in many villas for holidays and can honestly say this is the best one.The villa is perfect for a family with air con throughout. The location is only a 5-10 minute walk to the marina so all restaurants are within easy reach. Definitely will try and book again.

The break was perfect having the pool and shade to eat outside during the day with a small walk to the harbour for the evening.

We had an excellent stay at this villa the pool was so good couldn’t get the kids out of it . Air con in the bedrooms was excellent we all got good nights sleep in very hot conditions. Could not fault our stay and the communication with the host was excellent.

Lovely Villa in Cala'n Bosch

Modern villa which is very nice inside and out and is well located with a 10 minute walk to the nearby to the Cala'n Bosch marina for restaurants as well as the amazing local beaches. It has a lovely outside area for chilling out and laying by the pool. Belen is very helpful and responsive with any questions. Apart from one noisy afternoon of music from the hotel behind (which we reported back to Belen) we had an amazing time. Thank you

September Visit

Nice villa in a good location. Starting to get a little tired although didnt reduce our enjoyment. Pool water too cold for us to spend extended times. Ran out of hot water in the showers even though there was only 4 of us. Overall though an excellent stay.

If they started off a bit tired, I suppose it was due to things beyond our control and the house, which was ready well before the expected time, they didn't have to wait and they didn't report any problems. The temperature in September is usually 25º to 28º but this year it was an unprecedented temperature reaching 20º, because we were invaded by a mass of cold for almost a week and in the face of these things obviously we can't do anything and in Menorca there are no heated outdoor pools because the temperatures from May to October are quite optimal for swimming. The heater is 100 liters, new from last year and for 4 people it should work perfectly and even more so with the temperatures typical of the time. If it didn't work as it should have, we could have solved the problem the same day, but if during the 2 weeks of your stay you don't tell us, we don't even find out, in this case until we have read your comment, then it makes no sense not to have informed us beforehand if it was a nuisance for you. Despite these things that you mention, I am glad that you were comfortable and it was a pleasure for us to have you in our house and that you left it so well when you left.

Had a great holiday at this property. Communications with host from time of requesting to book to time if check in were excellent - had a message a couple of days in just checking everything ok. Kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect location. As per previous reviews you could hear noise from the water park and entertainment from the hotel nearby but this really wasn’t a problem or an issue for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Incredible – Exceeded Every Expectation!Our stay at this property was hands-down one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like a luxury home away from home the second we walked through the door. **The Location:** Absolutely perfect. Het huis was echt geweldig, zoals op de foto's. Het was ruim, alles werkte en de tuin was heerlijk. Er was altijd een plek in de zon en als je schaduw wilde kon dat ook. Ook het zwembad erg amusant.Een paar minpunten: in de badkamers rook het muf als we een paar uur niet gedoucht was, alsof er iets met het riool was. Daarnaast iets persoonlijks: de bedden waren erg hard. Dit hoeft voor iemand anders geen probleem te zijn!Het contact met de host was zeer goed, snel en vriendelijk.

Thank you very much for your comment. Regarding the smell you mentioned from the bathrooms, it's not a sewer problem. The house has been closed since the end of October, and you have been the first booking of the summer season, this has happened due to the lack of use. I wish you had told me about it while you were there because using a specific product would solve the problem quickly, and above all, something very effective is covering the drains with their corresponding plugs. Regarding the beds, I understand your point of view, but it's really difficult to please everyone because some people say the mattresses are very comfortable, while others, like you for exemple find them a bit firm. Nevertheless, I appreciate your feedback because it allows us to improve, and I will do my best to offer always the best possible stay. It has been a pleasure having you at our villa.
